Claims (17)
- 抗菌性骨セメント粉末の製造方法であって、工程Aで含水率が1.0重量%以下の骨セメント原料粉末をトロメタモール−ホスホマイシンと混合して骨セメント粉末を形成し、工程Xで前記骨セメント粉末を含水率1.0重量%以下に乾燥させる、製造方法。
- 前記骨セメント原料粉末がポリマー粉末であり、前記ポリマーが、ポリ(メタクリル酸メチルエステル)、ポリ(メタクリル酸エチルエステル)、ポリ(メチルメタクリル酸プロピルエステル)、ポリ(メタクリル酸イソプロピルエステル)、ポリ(メチル−メタクリレート−コ−メチルアクリレート)、ポリ(スチレン−コ−メチルメタクリレート)、およびこれらのポリマーの少なくとも2つの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程Aで前記骨セメント粉末に混ぜられる骨セメント原料粉末の量が70〜99.5重量%の範囲であり、好ましくは80.0〜94重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 工程Aで放射線不透過剤が前記骨セメント粉末に付加的に混ぜられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混ぜられた放射線不透過剤の量が、3〜30重量%の範囲であり、好ましくは5.0〜20重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 工程Aで開始剤が前記骨セメント粉末に付加的に混ぜられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記開始剤が過酸化物であり、特に28.0重量%未満の含水率を有する水で鈍性化された過酸化ジベンゾイルであることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記混ぜられた開始剤の量が、前記骨セメント粉末の全重量に対して、0.01〜10重量%の範囲であり、より好ましくは0.2〜8重量%の範囲であり、さらにより好ましくは0.5〜5重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 工程Aでさらなる医薬物質が付加的に混ぜられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記医薬物質が最大15.0重量%の含水率を有する抗生物質であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる医薬物質の混ぜられた量が、前記骨セメント粉末の全重量に対して、0.1〜15重量%の範囲であり、好ましくは0.3〜12重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10記載の方法。
- 前記骨セメント粉末が、工程Aの後、かつ工程Xの前に行われる工程Eで滅菌されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程Aで製造された前記骨セメント粉末が工程Eの滅菌の前の工程Dで滅菌包装材料で包装されることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造され、骨セメント原料粉末およびトロメタモール−ホスホマイシンを含む骨セメント粉末であって、1.0重量%以下の含水率を有する、骨セメント粉末。
- 請求項14記載の骨セメント粉末であって、
前記骨セメント粉末の全重量に対して、75.0〜90.0重量%の少なくとも1つの粒子状ポリメチルメタクリレートまたはポリメチルメタクリレートコポリマーと、
前記骨セメント粉末の全重量に対して、5.0〜20.0重量%の粒子状放射線不透過剤と、
前記骨セメント粉末の全重量に対して、30重量%以下の含水率を有する、水で鈍性化された0.5〜2.0重量%の過酸化ジベンゾイルと、
前記骨セメント粉末の全重量に対して、0.5〜15.0重量%のトロメタモール−ホスホマイシンと、を含み、
前記骨セメント粉末の全含水率が1.0重量%以下である、骨セメント粉末。 - アミノグリコシド抗生物質、グリコペプチド抗生物質、リンコサミド抗生物質、オキサゾリジノン抗生物質の群からの付加的な抗生物質を含み、前記抗生物質が最大15.0重量%の含水率を有することを特徴とする、請求項15記載の骨セメント粉末。
- 再置換目的のための、スペーサーの製造のための、および埋め込み型の局所的な作用物質放出系の製造のためのポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメントの成分としての、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の骨セメント粉末の使用。
