Description
本発明によるPMMA骨用セメントを試験するために、試験体について放出試験を実施した。試験体を、最初にそれぞれ骨用セメントPalacos Rの粉末成分40.0gを
変法a)ゲンタマイシンスルフェート0.80g(ゲンタマイシン基剤0.50gに相当;篩画分:63μm未満2%;63〜100μm3%;100〜250μm93%;250μm超2%)+バンコマイシン塩酸塩2.17g(バンコマイシン基剤2.00gに相当;63μm未満43%;63〜100μm62%;100〜250μm5%;250μm超0%)、
変法b)ゲンタマイシンスルフェート0.80g(ゲンタマイシン基剤0.50gに相当;篩画分:63μm未満2%;63〜100μm3%;100〜250μm93%;250μm超2%)+バンコマイシン塩酸塩2.17g(バンコマイシン基剤2.00gに相当;63μm未満3%;63〜100μm25%;100〜250μm55%;250μm超19%)と混合するようにして調製した。
Claims (7)
- 粉末成分および液状成分を有する修正手術用PMMA骨用セメントにおいて、粉末成分中に2つ以上の顆粒状の抗生物質が含有されており、
この場合前記の抗生物質は、それぞれ個々の抗生物質の主要な篩画分が同一の粒度範囲内にあるという点で粒度分布が一致し、
抗生物質の主要な篩画分が、それぞれその抗生物質の少なくとも50質量%を含み、
個々の抗生物質の主要な篩画分の粒度範囲が100〜250μmであることを特徴とする、粉末成分および液状成分を有する修正手術用PMMA骨用セメント。 - 個々の抗生物質の主要な篩画分の粒度範囲が150〜250μmである、請求項1記載の修正手術用PMMA骨用セメント。
- 顆粒状の抗生物質がゲンタマイシンスルフェート、ゲンタマイシン塩酸塩、アミカシンスルフェート、アミカシン塩酸塩、トブラマイシンスルフェート、トブラマイシン塩酸塩、クリンダマイシン塩酸塩、リンコサミン塩酸塩、モキシフロキサシン、シプロフロキサシン、テイコプラニン、バンコマイシン、ラモプラニン、ダルババンシン、ダプトマイシン、チゲシグリン、メトロニダゾール、チニダゾールおよびオミダゾールの群の1つ以上の成分からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の修正手術用PMMA骨用セメント。
- 顆粒状の抗生物質として、抗生物質フラボンホスフェート、抗生物質パルミテート、抗生物質ミリステートおよび抗生物質ラウレートの群からの水中で僅かに可溶性の抗生物質の塩形が使用されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の修正手術用PMMA骨用セメント。
- 顆粒状の抗生物質として、オキサゾリドンの群からの抗生物質が使用されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の修正手術用PMMA骨用セメント。
- 顆粒状の抗生物質が付加的にポリビニルピロリドン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレンオキシド、マルトース、ソルビトールおよびマンニトールの群からの少なくとも1つの助剤を含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の修正手術用PMMA骨用セメント。
- 顆粒状の抗生物質が付加的に毒物学的に認容性のポリマー、ゼラチン、コラーゲンおよびデキストランの群からの少なくとも1つの助剤を含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の修正手術用PMMA骨用セメント。
