Abstract
【解決手段】ランプレンズの表面に所定物質が薄膜でコーティングあるいは蒸着され、前記薄膜は前記ランプレンズの中央を基準にランプレンズの上下にランプレンズの直径対比30%以内に形成され、特定波長領域帯の光の反射率を増大させて色収差を効果的に低減することができる。

Description
前記のような色滲みは夜間に向かい側の車両の運転者に眩しさを誘発して危険な状況を招くことになる。
すなわち、車両用ランプにおいて不要な波長領域のブルー光の反射を増加させ、必要な波長領域のイエロー光の透過を増加させて色収差を低減することを特徴とする。
例えば、450nm波長領域帯の光の反射率を最大にし、550nm波長領域帯の光の反射率を最小に調節することができる。

Claims (7)
- ランプレンズの表面に所定物質が薄膜でコーティングあるいは蒸着され、
前記薄膜は前記ランプレンズの中央を基準にランプレンズの上下にランプレンズの直径対比30%以内に形成されることを特徴とする色収差が低減されたランプレンズ。 - 前記薄膜は、前記ランプレンズの片面あるいは両面にコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の色収差が低減されたランプレンズ。
- 前記薄膜によって所定波長領域帯の反射率が増大することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の色収差が低減されたランプレンズ。
- 前記薄膜はブルースペクトルの反射率を増加させ、イエロースペクトルの透過率を増大させることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の色収差が低減されたランプレンズ。
- 前記薄膜は100nm以下の厚さでコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の色収差が低減されたランプレンズ。
- 前記薄膜は単層あるいは多層でコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の色収差が低減されたランプレンズ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のランプレンズ、および
LED光源
を含む車両用ランプ。
