Abstract
【解決手段】ガス流Gから液滴を分離するためのフィルタインサートであって、濾過媒体2、3、4の層部分を含んでおり、稼動時には浄化対象のガス流Gを通流させる媒体パケットMと、ガス流Gから分離された液体Oの放出流方向に関与するフィルタインサートの下方領域に提供された底部5とを含んでおり、フィルタインサートの放射方向に延びる液体Oの通路Pが、媒体パケットMの精密分離のための濾過媒体4と底部5との間に提供されており、あるいは媒体パケットM内に提供されている。

Description
様々なフィルタ(濾過)機構によって、すなわち主として深層濾過およびフィルタの合着によって搬入液を分離すること、並びに、
濾過媒体の低レベルの飽和を維持することでフィルタ内の低逆圧を維持するように濾過媒体から液体を継続的に放出させること。

Claims (13)
- ガス流(G)から液滴を分離するためのフィルタインサート(1)であって、
濾過媒体(2、3、4)の層部分を備え、稼動時には浄化対象のガス流(G)を通流させる媒体パケット(M)と、
ガス流(G)から分離された液体(O)の放出流方向に関与する前記フィルタインサート(1)の下方領域に配置された底部(5)と、
を含み、
前記フィルタインサート(1)の放射方向に延びる液体(O)の通路(P)が、前記媒体パケット(M)の精密分離のための前記濾過媒体(4)と前記底部(5)との間に提供されているか、または、前記媒体パケット(M)内に提供されており、前記媒体パケット(M)は毛細管効果を備えた少なくとも1つの層(3)を有しており、毛細管効果を備えた前記層(3)は、稼動時に、前記媒体パケット(M)を、毛細管効果によって、好適にはガス流(G)の流入側と放出側とで、部分的に気密状態で閉じる、
ことを特徴とするフィルタインサート(1)。 - 前記媒体パケット(M)は、少なくとも1つの精密フィルタ(4)を含んでいる、
請求項1記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 前記通路(P)は、ほぼまたは完全に、精密フィルタ(4)を含まない、
請求項1記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 前記濾過媒体(3)は、2cmから10cm、好適には2cmから5cmの毛細管作用に関わる上昇高(HC)を有している、
請求項3記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 濾過媒体(3)の複数の層部分が、前記媒体パケット(M)内に、特に濾過媒体(4)の配置部内に、ガス流(G)の通流方向で濾過媒体(4)の前後に配置されている、
請求項1から4の少なくとも1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 前記通路(P)は、前記フィルタインサート(1)の高さの0.5%と2%の間よりも小さい範囲の高さである、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 前記通路(P)は5mmから20mmの高さである、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 前記フィルタインサート(1)は略円筒形状であり、前記媒体パケット(M)は濾過媒体(2、3、4)の、好適には巻き付け層部分を含んでいる、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 前記フィルタインサート(1)は略立方体形状であり、前記媒体パケット(M)は濾過媒体(2、3、4)の層状になった層部分を含んでいる、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)を有した濾過装置(8)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)を有した濾過装置(8)であって、前記通路(P)の高さ(HP)は、縁部の高さ(Hr)から接着層の高さ(HK)を差し引いた高さ(Hr−HK)より少ない、
濾過装置(8)。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタインサート(1)を有した濾過装置(8)であって、前記通路(P)は接着層(K)の配置により、及び/又は濾過媒体(4)の領域の複数の陥没部を備えた底部(5)の形態で提供される、
