Abstract
【解決手段】コージェネレーション装置10の発電機を駆動する内燃機関22から排出される排ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を回収して植物栽培施設(ハウス)2に供給する二酸化炭素回収装置1において、第1吸着剤72が収容される吸着タンク60と、第2吸着剤74が収容される貯留タンク62を備えると共に、排ガスを吸着タンクに圧送して二酸化炭素を第1吸着剤に吸着させ、吸着タンクの内部の圧力を減圧して二酸化炭素を第1吸着剤から脱離させて貯留タンク62に圧送して第2吸着剤74に吸着させて貯留させ、貯留タンクに貯留された二酸化炭素を植物栽培施設に供給すると共に、第1圧縮機などで吸着剤を除湿する。

Claims (4)
- コージェネレーション装置の発電機を駆動する内燃機関から排出される排ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を回収して植物栽培施設に供給する回収手段を備えた二酸化炭素回収装置において、前記回収手段が、内部に第1吸着剤が収容される吸着タンクと、内部に第2吸着剤が収容される貯留タンクと、前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを前記吸着タンクに圧送して前記排ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を前記第1吸着剤に吸着させる二酸化炭素吸着手段と、前記吸着タンクの内部の圧力を減圧して前記吸着された二酸化炭素を前記第1吸着剤から脱離させ、前記脱離させた二酸化炭素を前記貯留タンクに圧送して前記第2吸着剤に吸着させて貯留する二酸化炭素貯留手段と、前記貯留タンクに貯留された二酸化炭素を前記植物栽培施設に供給する二酸化炭素供給手段と、前記第1、第2吸着剤を除湿する吸着剤除湿手段とからなることを特徴とする二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスの流れにおいて前記吸着タンクの上流側に配置される第1圧縮機と、前記吸着タンクの下流側で前記貯留タンクの上流側に配置される第2圧縮機とを備え、前記二酸化炭素吸着手段は、前記第1圧縮機を動作させて前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを前記吸着タンクに圧送して前記排ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を前記第1吸着剤に吸着させると共に、前記二酸化炭素貯留手段は、前記第2圧縮機を動作させて前記吸着タンクの内部の圧力を減圧して前記第1吸着剤から二酸化炭素を脱離させ、前記脱離させた二酸化炭素を前記貯留タンクに圧送して前記第2吸着剤に吸着させて貯留することを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 前記第1圧縮機と前記吸着タンクの間に配置されて前記圧縮機の出力を前記吸着タンクと大気のいずれかに接続する三方弁を備えると共に、前記吸着剤除湿手段は、前記第1圧縮機と前記三方弁を介して前記第1、第2吸着剤を除湿することを特徴とする請求項2記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 前記吸着タンクの上流と下流に配置される湿度検出手段を備えると共に、前記吸着剤除湿手段は前記湿度検出手段によって検出された湿度に応じて前記第1圧縮機と前記三方弁を介して前記第1、第2吸着剤を除湿することを特徴とする請求項3記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
