Description
Claims (3)
- コージェネレーション装置の発電機を駆動する内燃機関から排出される排ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を回収して植物栽培施設に供給する二酸化炭素回収装置において、前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを吸着タンクに圧送して前記排ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を第1吸着剤に吸着させる二酸化炭素吸着手段と、前記吸着タンクの内部の圧力を減圧して前記吸着された二酸化炭素を前記第1吸着剤から脱離させ、前記脱離させた二酸化炭素を貯留タンクに圧送して第2吸着剤に吸着させて貯留する二酸化炭素貯留手段と、前記貯留タンクに貯留された二酸化炭素を前記植物栽培施設に供給する二酸化炭素供給手段と、少なくとも二酸化炭素と電力についてユーザの要求を入力可能な操作盤と、前記操作盤に入力されたユーザの要求が二酸化炭素のときは空燃比がリーンとなる一方、二酸化炭素以外のときは空燃比が非リーンとなるように前記内燃機関の運転を制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスの流れにおいて前記吸着タンクの上流側に配置される第1圧縮機と、前記吸着タンクの下流側で前記貯留タンクの上流側に配置される第2圧縮機とを備え、前記二酸化炭素吸着手段は、前記第1圧縮機を動作させて前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを前記吸着タンクに圧送して前記排ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を前記第1吸着剤に吸着させると共に、前記二酸化炭素貯留手段は、前記第2圧縮機を動作させて前記吸着タンクの内部の圧力を減圧して前記第1吸着剤から二酸化炭素を脱離させ、前記脱離させた二酸化炭素を前記貯留タンクに圧送して前記第2吸着剤に吸着させて貯留することを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 前記二酸化炭素吸着手段と二酸化炭素貯留手段は、前記内燃機関制御手段によって空燃比が非リーンとなるように前記内燃機関が運転されるとき、前記第1圧縮機と第2圧縮機を停止させると共に、前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを大気に放出することを特徴とする請求項2記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
