Claims (5)
- 流体圧機器に作動流体を供給するポンプ装置であって、
作動流体を吸い込み、作動流体を加圧して吐出流路に吐出するポンプと、
前記ポンプから吐出された作動流体の一部を吸込側に還流させる流量制御弁と、を備え、
前記流量制御弁は、
弁体と、
前記弁体の一方の端面に臨んで設けられ、前記吐出流路と連通する第一流体圧室と、
前記弁体の他方の端面に臨んで設けられ、前記吐出流路と連通する第二流体圧室と、
前記第二流体圧室に圧縮状態で収装され、前記弁体を閉弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記吐出流路と前記第二流体圧室とを連通する連通路に設けられ、前記第二流体圧室の圧力を調整する調圧装置と、を備えることを特徴とするポンプ装置。 - 前記調圧装置は、
前記連通路に設けられたオリフィスと、
前記オリフィスの下流側において前記連通路から分岐するリリーフ通路に設けられ、リリーフ圧を変更可能なリリーフ弁と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ装置。 - 前記リリーフ弁は、前記リリーフ圧を変更可能な比例ソレノイドを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記リリーフ弁は、前記ポンプの回転数に応じて前記リリーフ圧が変更されることを特徴とする請求項2または3のいずれかに記載のポンプ装置。
- 前記リリーフ弁は、前記流体圧機器が要求する圧力に応じて前記リリーフ圧が変更されることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ装置。
