Claims (5)

  1. 乳成分、及び、水性相を増粘するのに有効な量のワキシーキャッサバアセチル置換アジペート架橋デンプンを含む水性相、を含む食品組成物であって、前記ワキシーキャッサバアセチル置換アジペート架橋デンプンは該デンプンの質量の約0.09質量%を超えるアジペート基を有する、食品組成物。
  2. 乳成分及び水性相を含む食品組成物の製造方法であって、乳成分を、前記水性相を増粘するのに有効な量のワキシーキャッサバアセチル置換アジペート架橋デンプンと混合することを含み、前記ワキシーキャッサバアセチル置換アジペート架橋デンプンは該デンプンの質量の約0.09質量%を超えるアジペート基を有する、方法。
  3. 乳成分及び水性相を含む食品組成物の製造方法であって、乳成分を、前記水性相を増粘するのに有効な量のワキシーキャッサバプロピレンオキシド置換ジスターチホスフェートと混合することを含み、前記ワキシーキャッサバプロピレンオキシド置換ジスターチホスフェートは該デンプンの質量の約0.12質量%を超えるホスフェート基を有する、方法。
  4. 乳成分及び水性相を含む食品組成物の製造方法であって、乳成分を、前記水性相を増粘するのに有効な量のワキシーキャッサバプロピレンオキシド置換ジスターチホスフェートと混合することを含み、該デンプンの質量の0.001〜10.0質量%の架橋剤を用いて前記ワキシーキャッサバプロピレンオキシド置換ジスターチホスフェートを調製する、方法。
  5. 乳成分及び水性相を含む食品組成物の製造方法であって、乳成分を、前記水性相を増粘するのに有効な量のワキシーキャッサバプロピレンオキシド置換ジスターチホスフェートと混合することを含み、該デンプンの質量の0〜4質量%のプロピレンオキシド及び0.012〜0.030質量%のオキシ塩化リンを用いて前記ワキシーキャッサバプロピレンオキシド置換ジスターチホスフェートを調製する、方法。
