Claims (20)

を備えるディスプレイデバイスであって、
前記命令によって、前記プロセッサが、
前記ディスプレイにユーザインタフェース(UI)を提示するよう構成され、前記UIが、前記UIが提示される車両を含む無線メッシュネットワークの複数の車両の位置と一緒に前記UIが提示される前記デバイスの位置を指示し、前記他の車両の位置が前記メッシュネットワークを介して受信されるようになっている、ディスプレイデバイス。 - 前記UIは、前記メッシュネットワークを介して報告されたようにそれぞれの車両の進行方向及び速度によって大きさ及び方向が定義された矢印を提示する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、前記UIが提示される前記車両以外の車両の速度の英数字表示を提示する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、前記メッシュネットワークを介して報告される車種の英数字表示を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、前記メッシュネットワークを介して前記車両によって報告された車種情報に基づいて、車種に固有のアイコンを提示する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、閾値を満たす速度を有する車両の英数字表示を提示する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのディスプレイと、
プロセッサによって実行可能な命令を有する少なくとも1つのコンピュータ可読記憶媒体と、
前記命令を実行するために前記コンピュータ可読記憶媒体にアクセスするよう構成された少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
を備えるディスプレイデバイスであって、
前記命令によって、前記プロセッサが、
車両アドホックネットワーク(VANET)からアップロードされ前記UIに提示される交通/道路報告をフィルタ処理するために選択可能な1つ又はそれ以上のフィルタセレクタを含むユーザインタフェース(UI)を前記ディスプレイに提示するように構成される、ディスプレイデバイス。 - 前記UIは、前記UIが提示される車両を含む無線メッシュネットワークの複数の車両の位置と共に、前記UIが提示される前記デバイスの位置を指示し、前記他の車両の位置は、前記メッシュネットワークを介して受信される、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、前記メッシュネットワークを介して報告されたようにそれぞれの車両の進行方向及び速度によって大きさ及び方向が定義される矢印を提示する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、前記UIが提示される車両以外の車両の速度の英数字表示を提示する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、前記メッシュネットワークを介して報告される車種の英数字表示を含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、前記メッシュネットワークを介して前記車両によって報告された車種情報に基づいて車種に固有のアイコンを提示する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、閾値を満たす速度を有する車両の英数字表示を提示する、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記フィルタセレクタは、選択されると、前記ディスプレイの所定の範囲内の情報だけを前記ディスプレイ上に提示させる「ローカル」セレクタ、選択されると、前記ディスプレイが位置付けられる州全体の情報だけを前記ディスプレイ上に提示させる「州」セレクタ、及び選択されると、前記ディスプレイが位置付けられる国全体の情報だけを前記ディスプレイ上に提示させる「国」セレクタを含む、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記UIは、現在の道路条件を示すVANETによって報告された情報に基づいて表示を提示する、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 隣接車両のノードモジュール間の車両アドホックネットワーク(VANET)を自動的に設定して、車両が移動する際に、車両が車両のノードモジュール及び十分近くにある他の車両のノードモジュールによって形成されたメッシュネットワークに動的に入りかつ離れてメッシュネットワーク通信を可能にするステップと、
前記VANETを介して、前記ノードモジュールによって受信された車両パラメータをアップロードするステップと、
前記VANETを介して、報告されたセンサからの信号をノードモジュールにアップロードするステップと、
前記VANETを介して、メッシュネットワークにおいて車両のグループの検知を報告するステップであって、前記グループの位置は、前記グループの存在を通知するために前記VANETを介して伝搬され、運転者が適切な予防措置を取れるようにするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 車両のノードモジュールは、所定の事象が発生しない限り近くのモジュールが十分近い場合でも前記近くのノードモジュールとのメッシュネットワークを設定しない、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の事象は、ブレーキ作動を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の事象は、天気を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の事象は、ゆっくり動く目標物の検知を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
