Abstract
【解決手段】湿式多板クラッチにおける低炭素鋼材を用いた摩擦板のコアプレート20の製造方法であって、コアプレート20の外周または内周に形成されているスプライン部21へレーザーによる焼入れ処理を施す。焼き入れ処理は、スプライン部21の斜面部21cに施し、斜面部21cの表面からの焼き入れ深さを0.1mm以上とする。複数のコアプレート20を軸方向に重ね合わせた状態で、焼き入れ処理を施す。

Description
湿式多板クラッチにおける低炭素鋼材を用いた摩擦板のコアプレートの製造方法であって、コアプレートの外周または内周に形成されているスプライン部へレーザーによる焼入れ処理を施すことを特徴としている。
図2は、本発明の第1実施例を示す摩擦板となるコアプレートの部分正面図である。摩擦板3は、ほぼ環状のコアプレート20に環状の摩擦材(不図示)または複数の摩擦材セグメント(不図示)を接着剤などで環状に固定し形成される。低炭素鋼板から成形されるコアプレート20は、ハブ4のスプライン5に係合するスプライン部21を内周に備えている。
図3は、本発明の第2実施例を示す摩擦板となるコアプレートの部分正面図である。第1実施例と同様に、摩擦板3は、ほぼ環状のコアプレート30に環状の摩擦材(不図示)または複数の摩擦材セグメント(不図示)を接着剤などで環状に固定し形成される。低炭素鋼板から成形されるコアプレート30は、クラッチドラム1のスプライン8に係合するスプライン部31を外周に備えている。

Claims (4)
- 湿式多板クラッチにおける低炭素鋼材を用いたコアプレートを備えた摩擦板の製造方法であって、コアプレートの外周または内周に形成されているスプライン部へレーザーによる焼入れ処理を施すことを特徴とする摩擦板の製造方法。
- 前記焼入れ処理は、前記スプライン部の斜面部に施し、前記斜面部の表面からの焼入れ深さを0.1mm以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦板の製造方法。
- 複数の前記コアプレートを軸方向に重ね合わせた状態で、前記焼入れ処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の摩擦板の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法でスプライン部へレーザーによる焼入れ処理を施したコアプレートを備えたことを特徴とする湿式多板クラッチの摩擦板。
