Abstract
【解決手段】ダウンシフト制御装置は、多段変速機、選択的に多段変速機に連結されたエンジン、多段変速機に連結された電動機、そして電子制御装置を有している。電子制御装置は、要求トルクを評価し、エンジンを起動させ、そして部分的に第2シフトクラッチの係合を解き、第1シフトクラッチを部分的に係合することで、ダウンシフトシーケンスを予備段階として行う。電子制御装置はまた、所定のトルク補助が発生するまでダウンシフトシーケンスを中断し、そしてその後、第2シフトクラッチにより第2歯車装置を入力軸から完全に非係合とし、また第1シフトクラッチにより第1歯車装置と入力軸を完全に係合するために、バルブボディを通して油圧を変化させることで、ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了する。

Claims (20)
- 入力軸と、第1歯車装置と、該第1歯車装置と該入力軸とを選択的に連結する第1シフトクラッチと、第2歯車装置と、該第2歯車装置を該入力軸に選択的に連結する第2シフトクラッチと、該第1シフトクラッチと該第2シフトクラッチに選択的に係合するために該第1シフトクラッチと該第2シフトクラッチに供給される油圧を制御するバルブボディとを備えた多段変速機と、
前記多段変速機の前記入力軸と選択的に連結されるエンジンと、
前記多段変速機の前記入力軸に連結される電動機を備え、
要求トルクを評価し、
前記エンジンを起動し、
前記第2シフトクラッチの係合を部分的に解き、そして前記第1シフトクラッチを部分的に係合するために前記バルブボディを介して前記油圧を変化させることで、ダウンシフトシーケンスの予備段階を実行し、
所定のトルク補助が発生するまでは、前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを中断し、
前記バルブボディを介して前記油圧を変化させることで、前記第2シフトクラッチにより前記第2歯車装置を前記入力軸から完全に非係合とし、また前記第1シフトクラッチにより前記第1歯車装置と前記入力軸を完全に係合することで、前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了する
ことがプログラムされた、電子制御装置
を備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 要求トルクに基づき運転者要求トルク変数をさらに計算し、前記電動機と前記エンジンとが該運転者要求トルク変数と同一のトルク量を発生した後に、前記ダウンシフトシーケンスの完了を開始する前記電子制御装置を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記エンジンが実質的にプラスのトルクを発生した後に、該エンジンを前記入力軸に連結する指令がさらにプログラムされている前記電子制御装置を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記エンジンが所定のトルク量を発生すると、所定のトルク補助が発生する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記エンジンと前記電動機が、車両速度を減らすことなく前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了するために十分なトルクを発生するまで、該ダウンシフトシーケンスを中断する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの起動の継続から所定の時間が経過した後、前記所定のトルク補助が発生する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - コンピュータプロセッサ、およびコンピュータが読み出し可能な指令セットが該コンピュータプロセッサによって実行される時に前記バルブボディ内部の油圧を制御する、該コンピュータが読み出し可能な指令セットを蓄積するメモリを持つ、変速制御装置をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置 - 前記トルク要求がアクセルペダルの位置に基づいて判断される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記電子制御装置は、アクセルペダルの開速度に基づいて前記要求トルクをさらに計算する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記電子制御装置は、前記第2歯車装置から前記第1歯車装置への前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了するために十分な付加トルク容量を前記電動機が持っているかどうかをさらに判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 車両速度と、電動機トルク発生量、そして前記電動機の付加トルク出力容量を評価することで、該電動機が前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了するために十分な付加トルク容量を持っているかどうかを判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 入力軸と、第1歯車装置と、該第1歯車装置と該入力軸と選択的に連結する第1シフトクラッチと、第2歯車装置と、該第2歯車装置を該入力軸に選択的に連結する第2シフトクラッチと、該第1シフトクラッチと該第2シフトクラッチに選択的に係合するために該第1シフトクラッチと該第2シフトクラッチに供給される油圧を制御するバルブボディとを備えた多段変速機と、
前記多段変速機の前記入力軸と選択的に連結するエンジンと、
前記多段変速機の前記入力軸に連結する電動機を備え、
前記多段変速機のダウンシフトシーケンスを開始し
前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを中断し、そして前記第2シフトクラッチを部分的に非係合とし、また前記第1シフトクラッチと部分的に係合するために圧力を維持することで該ダウンシフトシーケンス中に圧力遅れを発生し
所定のトルク補助が発生するまで前記圧力遅れを維持し
前記第2シフトクラッチにより前記第2歯車装置を前記入力軸から完全に非係合とし、また前記第1シフトクラッチにより前記第1歯車装置と該入力軸を完全に係合することで前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了する
ことがプログラムされた、電子制御装置を備える
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のダウンシフトダウンシフト装置。 - 前記エンジンが実質的にプラスのトルクを発生した後に、該エンジンを前記入力軸に連結する指令がさらにプログラムされている前記電子制御装置を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記エンジンが所定のトルク量を発生すると、前記所定のトルク補助が発生する
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記エンジンと前記電動機が、車両速度を減らすことなく前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了するトルクを発生するまで、該ダウンシフトシーケンスを中断する
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの起動を継続し所定の時間が経過した後、前記トルク補助が発生する
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - コンピュータプロセッサ、およびコンピュータが読み出し可能な指令セットが該コンピュータプロセッサにより実行された時に前記バルブボディ内部の油圧を制御する、コンピュータが読み出し可能な該指令セットを蓄積するメモリを持つ、変速制御装置をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置 - 要求トルクを評価し、
前記電動機が前記トルク要求を満たす十分な付加トルク容量を持つかどうかを判断し、
前記エンジンを起動する
ことがさらにプログラムされている前記電子制御装置を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 前記電動機が前記第2歯車装置から前記第1歯車装置への前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了するために十分な付加トルク容量を持つかどうかを判断することがさらにプログラムされている前記電子制御装置を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のハイブリッド車両のダウンシフト制御装置。 - 車両速度と、電動機トルク発生量、そして前記電動機の付加トルク出力容量を評価することで、該電動機が前記ダウンシフトシーケンスを完了するために十分な付加トルク容量を持っているかどうかの判断が評価される
ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。
