Abstract
Description
一方、中規模の液化ガス輸送に関しては、LNG専用で輸送する場合もあるが、近年では、LNGのみでなく、エタン(C2H6)やエチレン(C2H4)の輸送も用途に上ってきている。そのため、LNGやLPGの輸送に加えてエタンやエチレンの輸送もできることが、液化ガス輸送船の効率的利用という面から必要とされてきている。

Claims (7)
- MOSS型の低温液化ガスタンクを搭載した液化ガス輸送船であって、
前記低温液化ガスタンクの合計搭載容積を60,000m3以上90,000m3以下とされると共に、
前記低温液化ガスタンクをLNG用防熱構造を有して構成され、
かつ、前記低温液化ガスタンクの構造強度及び前記低温液化ガスタンクを搭載する貨物倉の構造強度をLNG若しくはエタン若しくはエチレン若しくはLPGの搭載を許容する構造強度にして構成され、
かつ、船体構造を、前記低温液化ガスタンクの全部にLNGを搭載した場合、前記低温液化ガスタンクの全部にエタン若しくはエチレン若しくはLPGを搭載した場合、または前記低温液化ガスタンクにLNG、エタン、エチレン、LPGのうち複数を混載した場合の3つの場合において運航する際に航行にそれぞれ十分な乾舷及び横傾斜に対する復原性能を備えるように構成されることを特徴とする液化ガス輸送船。 - 前記低温液化ガスタンクの搭載個数を3基とされ、一基当たりのタンク容積を20,000m3以上30,000m3以下とされたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガス輸送船。
- 最前部の前記低温液化ガスタンクの前方に貨物機械室が配置されると共に、前記低温液化ガスタンクの各間の一つ若しくは幾つか若しくは全部に陸上または洋上の荷役設備側の配管を接続する配管接続用マニホールドが配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液化ガス輸送船。
- MOSS型の低温液化ガスタンクを搭載した液化ガス輸送船の設計方法であって、
前記低温液化ガスタンクの合計搭載容積を60,000m3以上90,000m3以下にすると共に、前記低温液化ガスタンクの防熱仕様をLNGに対する防熱仕様にして、かつ、前記低温液化ガスタンクの構造強度及び前記低温液化ガスタンクを搭載する貨物倉の構造強度をLNG若しくはエタン若しくはエチレン若しくはLPGに対する構造強度にして設計するタンク設計工程と、
船体構造を、前記低温液化ガスタンクの全部にLNGを搭載した場合、前記低温液化ガスタンクの全部にエタン若しくはエチレン若しくはLPGを搭載した場合、または前記低温液化ガスタンクにLNG、エタン、エチレン、LPGのうち複数を混載した場合の3つの場合においてそれぞれ運航が可能なように設計する船体設計工程を有することを特徴とする液化ガス輸送船の設計方法。 - 前記タンク設計工程が、前記低温液化ガスタンクの搭載個数を3基とし、一基当たりのタンク容積を20,000m3以上30,000m3以下として前記低温液化ガスタンクを設計するタンク容積決定工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液化ガス輸送船の設計方法。
- 前記船体設計工程が、125,000m3以上135,000m3以下のMOSS型の前記低温液化ガスタンクを有する既存のLNG船の前記低温液化ガスタンクを取り外して搭載することを前提に船体構造を前記既存のLNG船の前記低温液化ガスタンクに合せて設計する既存タンク利用工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の液化ガス輸送船の設計方法。
- 最前部の前記低温液化ガスタンクの前方に貨物機械室を配置すると共に、前記低温液化ガスタンクの各間の一つ若しくは幾つか若しくは全部に陸上または洋上の荷役設備側の配管を接続する配管接続用マニホールドを配置するタンク周辺設計工程を有することを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガス輸送船の設計方法。
