Abstract
Description
図1は、実施形態に係る車両用空調装置の冷凍サイクルを表すシステム図である。
フィルタ部材44は、2枚の金属メッシュ46,48を厚み方向に重ね合わせて構成される。すなわち、メッシュ46がボディ5の外側に面するように配置され、メッシュ48がボディ5の内側に面するように配置される。なお、このようにメッシュ46,48を金属製としたのは、フィルタ部材44が超臨界冷凍サイクルの高圧側に置かれるため、樹脂製メッシュでは耐圧強度が不足するからである。
制御弁1において、ソレノイド3が非通電のときには、スプリング40,78の合力による開弁方向の荷重により弁体24が弁座22から離間して弁部が全開状態に保持される。このとき、圧縮機101の吐出室114からポート10に導入された吐出圧力Pdの高圧冷媒は、全開状態の弁部を通過し、ポート12からクランク室116へと流れることになる。その結果、クランク圧力Pcが高められ、圧縮機101は吐出容量が最小となる最小容量運転を行うことになる。
Claims (5)
- 吸入室に導入される冷媒を圧縮して吐出室から吐出する可変容量圧縮機の吐出容量を、前記吐出室からクランク室に導入する冷媒の流量を調整することにより変化させる可変容量圧縮機用制御弁において、
前記吐出室に連通する吐出室連通ポートと、前記クランク室に連通するクランク室連通ポートと、前記吸入室に連通する吸入室連通ポートと、前記吐出室連通ポートと前記クランク室連通ポートとをつなぐ通路に設けられた弁孔とを有するボディと、
前記弁孔の開口端部に設けられた弁座に着脱して弁部を開閉する弁体と、
前記ボディに設けられ、供給される電流量に応じて前記弁体を閉弁方向に駆動するためのソレノイド力を発生させるソレノイドと、
前記ソレノイド力に対抗する開弁方向の付勢力を前記弁体に対して付与可能なスプリングと、
を備え、
前記ボディの一端側から順に前記吐出室連通ポート、前記クランク室連通ポート、前記吸入室連通ポートが設けられ、前記ボディの他端側に前記ソレノイドが設けられ、
前記吐出室の吐出圧力と前記吸入室の吸入圧力との差圧が、前記ソレノイドへの供給電流値に応じた設定差圧に保持されるよう前記弁体が自律的に動作するように構成され、
前記弁座が前記弁孔の軸線に対して垂直な面にて構成される一方、前記弁体が軸線に垂直な平坦面にて前記弁座に着脱する平弁からなり、
前記ソレノイドへの通電状態において閉弁状態から開弁した際に、前記弁体に作用する前記クランク室の圧力による力が、閉弁時よりも閉弁方向に大きくなることを特徴とする可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 冷媒の臨界温度を超える超臨界域で冷凍作用を行わせる冷凍サイクルに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記ボディ内に軸線方向に摺動可能に支持され、前記ソレノイド力を前記弁体に伝達する伝達ロッドを備え、
前記ソレノイドは、
前記ボディに対して固定される非磁性のスリーブと、
前記スリーブに同軸状に固定されるコアと、
前記スリーブに収容されて前記コアと軸線方向に対向配置され、前記伝達ロッドと軸線方向に一体変位可能なプランジャと、
を含み、
前記ボディは、前記弁孔と前記クランク室連通ポートとの間に形成された弁室と、前記スリーブ内と前記吸入室連通ポートとを連通させる作動室と、前記弁室と前記作動室とを区画する隔壁と、前記隔壁に設けられたガイド孔とを有し、
前記弁体が前記弁室に配置され、
前記伝達ロッドが、前記ガイド孔に摺動可能に支持され、一端側が前記弁室にて前記弁体と連結され、他端側が前記ソレノイドと連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記弁体の前記弁孔におけるシール部径が、前記伝達ロッドの前記ガイド孔における摺動部径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記コアおよび前記プランジャが、電磁軟鉄からなることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
