Abstract
【解決手段】内燃エンジンEと、クラッチ装置6によりシャフト5に接続される第1シャフト3を備えるギアボックス装置Cとを含み、装置Cは、差動装置Dの第1冠歯車10と噛み合うピニオン9を備える第2シャフトと、電気モータおよび発電機の両機能を有し、第2冠歯車19に接続されるシャフト16を有する電気機械Mを含む。シャフト16は、第1プーリ31上、および、第2プーリ32上に係合されるエンドレスベルト30を含み、装置Cと反対側で内燃エンジンのシャフトに接続される。第1係合装置25は、シャフト16と差動装置の第2冠歯車間に、第2係合装置34は、シャフト16と第1プーリ間に、夫々電気機械の対向する両側、シャフト16と同軸上に配置する。

Claims (8)
- 内燃エンジンと、
ギアボックス装置と
を含む自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットであって、
前記ギアボックス装置は、
クラッチ装置によって前記自動車のクランクシャフトに接続され得る少なくとも1つの第1シャフトと、
軸が前記第1シャフトの軸と平行、かつ、少し離れており、出力ピニオンを支持する少なくとも1つの第2シャフトと、
複数の前方ギア比に対応する複数ペアのギアであって、各ペアの一方のギアは、前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの一方に対して順に強固に接続され、他方のギアは、前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの他方に対して回転自在である、前記複数ペアのギアと、
前記回転自在な複数のギアの夫々を、本発明の主な特性である前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの夫々に順に連結するための複数のギア選択装置と
を含み、
前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットは更に、
前記ギアボックス装置の前記第2シャフトの前記出力ピニオンと噛み合う第1冠歯車を有する差動装置と、
電気モータおよび発電機の両方として動作し、前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットの支持構造に強固に接続される筐体と、伝動装置によって前記差動装置の第2冠歯車に接続されるシャフト(16)とを有する電気機械と、
前記接続する伝動装置において、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車との間に配置される第1係合装置と、
前記係合装置を作動させるための複数のアクチュエータ手段と
を含み、
前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットは、
前記電気機械が、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)に接続される第1プーリ上、および、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトに接続される第2プーリ上に係合されるエンドレスベルトを含むベルト伝動装置(29)によって、前記ギアボックス装置に接続される端部とは反対の前記クランクシャフトの端部で、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトに接続される前記シャフト(16)を有し、
第2係合装置が、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と前記第1プーリとの間に配置され、
前記第1係合装置および前記第2係合装置が共に、前記電気機械の対向する両側で夫々、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)に対して同軸に配置される、自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。 - 前記第1係合装置および前記第2係合装置は、電磁または電油アクチュエータ、および、前記アクチュエータを制御するための電子ユニットを含む前記複数のアクチュエータ手段を設けられたクラッチ係合装置である、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記第1プーリが、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と同軸の中空シャフト上に設置され、前記第2係合装置によって前記シャフト(16)に接続される、請求項1または2に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記第1プーリが、前記電気機械と前記第2係合装置との間に軸方向に配置される、請求項3に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記第2係合装置が、前記電気機械と前記第1プーリとの間に軸方向に配置される、請求項3に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)を前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車に接続する前記伝動装置が、ベルト伝動装置(50)によって構成される少なくとも1つのギア減速ジャンプを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)を前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車に接続する前記伝動装置が、前記自動車の更なる車軸に接続される伝動シャフトを駆動するためのギア(59)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットが、例えば空気調節システムのコンプレッサー、および、ブレーキ・システムのための負圧源のような、前記自動車の1または複数の補助的な装置を含み、前記ベルト伝動装置(29)が前記1または複数の補助的な装置を制御する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
