Abstract

Claims (15)
- 2つの空洞の、柔軟な熱可塑性管(20,22)の間に形成された熱接着された接続(32)を開放するための方法であって、
接続は、管の間の内部連通を少なくとも部分的に閉塞している、熱可塑性材料の脆弱な部分(38)を含み、
当該方法は、前記脆弱な部分を崩壊させて閉塞を低減するように、少なくとも1つの管(20,22)と周囲の大気との間に、前記脆弱な部分(38)の近傍において管の壁を膨張させるのに十分な圧力の差を生みだすことを含む、方法。 - 前記圧力差は、前記熱可塑性材料が昇温状態である時に生み出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力差は、前記熱可塑性材料がガラス転移点以上の温度である時に生み出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力差は、前記熱接着された接続の形成から約10秒以内に生み出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力差は、管内部の圧力を周囲の圧力よりも上に増大すること、または、管外部の圧力を管内部の圧力よりも下に低減することによって生み出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性管の1つを遮蔽し、前記脆弱な部分が崩壊するまで他方の熱可塑性管の内部の圧力を増大させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脆弱な部分の崩壊を決定するために1つの前記管内の圧力を観測することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脆弱な部分が崩壊された後に前記熱接着の完全度を決定するために1つの前記管内の圧力を観測することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つの管内に圧力の増大が観測されるまで、他方の前記管内の圧力を増大させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2つの空洞の、柔軟な熱可塑性管(20,22)の間に形成された、熱接着された接続(32)を開放するための接続開放装置であって、
接続は、管の間の内部連通を少なくとも部分的に閉塞している、熱可塑性材料の脆弱な部分(38)を含み、
当該装置は、管を通過する流れを閉塞するように1つの熱可塑性管(20)と協働する遮蔽器(40)と、前記脆弱な部分(38)の近傍において他方の前記流体管の壁の膨張を引き起こすように他方の管の内部と周囲の大気との間に圧力差を生みだすために他方の流体管(22)と協働するポンプ(44)と、1つの熱可塑性管(20)と協働してその管内の圧力を検知するように動作可能である力または圧力検知器(42)とを備え、
他方の流体管(22)の膨張は、前記脆弱な部分(38)を崩壊させて閉塞の量を低減するために使用可能であり、前記検知器(42)は、1つの前記管内の圧力変化を検知するために使用可能である、装置。 - 前記検知器(42)は、前記脆弱な部分(38)の崩壊に反応した前記1つの管(20)内の圧力の増大を検知するために使用可能である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記検知器(42)は、前記1つの管(20)内の圧力を、前記脆弱な部分(38)の崩壊後、ある時間の期間の間、検知するために使用可能である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 使い捨て流体回路において血液を処理するための耐久性の血液処理装置を含み、
前記装置は、血液分離器を受容するためのステーションと、流体回路を通る流れを制御するための複数の制御弁とを備え、
前記遮蔽器(40)は、1つの前記管(20)を通る流れを閉塞するためにその管と協働する弁を備え、
前記ポンプ(44)は、前記脆弱な部分(38)を崩壊させて閉塞量を低減するために接続(32)付近において他方の流体管(22)内の圧力を増大させるように構成され、
力または圧力検知器(42)は前記1つの管の内部の圧力の増大を検知するために使用可能である、請求項10に記載の装置。 - 使い捨て流体流通回路の2つの熱可塑性管(20,22)の間に熱接着された接続(32)を形成するための接続装置(24,26,28,30)をさらに備え、
前記接続は、管の間の内部連通を少なくとも部分的に閉塞している、熱可塑性材料の脆弱な部分(38)を含み、
前記接続装置は、接続の一方側の弁(40)と検知器(42)と、接続の他方側のポンプとの間に接続を形成するように配置されている、請求項10に記載の装置。 - 離間された位置と端部と端部が接触する位置との間で、その間に接続(32)を形成するために、それぞれの管の端部を回動的に移動させるように、互いに別個の熱可塑性管(20,22)と協働する少なくとも2つの相対的に回転可能な部材(24,26)を含む接続形成装置を備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
