Description

Claims (15)
- 内部に物質を貯蔵するための無菌環境を備えるインナーバッグ、
前記インナーバッグの内部へ液体を流入出させるように構成されている少なくとも1つのアクセスポート、
内部に前記物質を貯蔵するための無菌環境を備え、且つ、内部に前記インナーバッグを封入するオーバーラップバッグ、および
前記インナーバッグと前記オーバーラップバッグの間の空間へ液体を流入出させるように構成されているオーバーラップアクセスポート
を含む容器。 - 前記物質が生体物質を含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記インナーバッグ、前記オーバーラップバッグ、前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポート、および前記オーバーラップアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも1つがフルオロエチレンプロピレン(FEP)を含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートと前記オーバーラップアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも一方がスパイクポートまたはルアーバルブを備える、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートが無菌的に前記物質を前記インナーバッグへ輸送するように構成されている注入チューブを含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記インナーバッグが前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートを露出させるように構成されているカバーを含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記オーバーラップバッグが前記オーバーラップアクセスポートを露出させるように構成されている補助カバーを含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記オーバーラップバッグが前記インナーバッグの内部からの前記物質の漏出を貯蔵するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記容器が前記物質を貯蔵するための少なくとも1つの無菌閉鎖環境を備える、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートが少なくとも部分的に前記オーバーラップバッグ内に封入される、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートが前記インナーバッグの内部へ無菌的に液体を流入出させるように構成されており、且つ、前記オーバーラップアクセスポートが前記インナーバッグと前記オーバーラップバッグの間の空間へ無菌的に液体を流入出させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 生体物質を含む物質を保存する方法であって、
内部に前記物質を貯蔵するための無菌環境を備えるインナーバッグ、前記インナーバッグの内部へ液体を流入出させるように構成されている少なくとも1つのアクセスポート、内部に前記物質を貯蔵するための無菌環境を備え、且つ、内部に前記インナーバッグを封入するオーバーラップバッグ、および前記インナーバッグと前記オーバーラップバッグの間の空間へ液体を流入出させるように構成されているオーバーラップアクセスポートを含む容器に前記物質を貯蔵することを含む前記方法。 - 前記容器に前記物質を貯蔵することが
前記容器の少なくとも1つのアクセスポートであって、注入チューブを含む前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートに外部供給源を接続すること、
前記注入チューブを使用して前記外部供給源から前記インナーバッグの内部まで無菌的に前記物質を輸送すること、
前記注入チューブを閉鎖すること、および
前記注入チューブから無菌的に前記外部供給源を接続解除すること
をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記容器に貯蔵されている前記物質の出し入れであって、
前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートと前記オーバーラップアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも一方を露出させること、および
前記少なくとも1つのアクセスポートと前記オーバーラップアクセスポートのうちの少なくとも一方を介して前記物質を出し入れすること
をさらに含む前記物質の出し入れをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 無菌閉鎖環境に物質を凍結保存するための容器であって、前記物質が生体物質を含み、前記容器が
内部に前記物質を貯蔵するための無菌閉鎖環境を備えるインナーバッグ、
前記インナーバッグの内部へ液体を流入出させるように構成されているスパイクポート、
前記インナーバッグの内部へ液体を流入出させるように構成されている注入チューブ、
内部に前記物質を貯蔵するための無菌閉鎖環境を備え、且つ、内部に前記インナーバッグを封入するオーバーラップバッグ、および
前記インナーバッグと前記オーバーラップバッグの間の空間へ液体を流入出させるように構成されているスパイクポートを含むオーバーラップアクセスポート
を含み、
前記インナーバッグ、前記オーバーラップバッグ、前記スパイクポート、および前記オーバーラップアクセスポートの各々がフルオロエチレンプロピレン(FEP)を含む、前記容器。
