Claims (15)
- 全体が平坦な構造を有する導光板と、
前記導光板の少なくとも一側に設けられた発光素子と、
前記導光板の下に位置し、一側が前記発光素子が位置する領域まで延びた第1反射部と、
前記発光素子上に位置する第2反射部と、
前記導光板、前記発光素子及び前記第1及び第2反射部を収納するハウジングと、を含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記発光素子が収納される側部端面が下面と定義される第1面を基準として上部方向に垂直に延びた第2面と、前記第2面を基準として内部方向に垂直に延びた第3面と、を有しており、
前記発光素子は、フリップチップタイプであり、前記発光ダイオードチップの上面及び両側面を覆う波長変換層を有する、バックライトユニット。 - 前記ハウジングの内部の前記第2面に位置する回路基板をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記回路基板の一面は前記ハウジングの内部の前記第2面と対向し、前記回路基板の他面には前記発光素子が実装されている、請求項2に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1反射部の上面が前記導光板の下面及び前記発光素子の一側面と対向し、前記第1反射部の先端が前記回路基板の他面の一部と対向する、請求項3に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第2反射部の一部が、前記第2面と前記回路基板との間まで延びている、請求項2に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第2反射部の上部面の一部は前記第3面の下部面と接触し、前記第2反射部の下部面の一部は前記回路基板の一部と接触し、前記第2反射部の下部面の他の一部は前記導光板の上部面の一部と接触する、請求項2に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記波長変換層は、前記発光ダイオードチップの上面を覆う第1層と、前記発光ダイオードチップの両側面を覆う第2層と、を含み、前記第1層は、前記第2層より厚い厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記導光板上に位置する光学シートと、
前記光学シートを固定し、光漏れを防止するために前記第3面と並んで位置して前記光学シートの周縁を覆う遮光テープと、をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のバックライトユニット。 - 全体が平坦な構造を有する導光板と、
前記導光板の少なくとも一側に設けられた発光素子と、
前記導光板及び前記発光素子を収納し、前記発光素子が収納される側部端面が下面と定義される第1面を基準として上部方向に垂直に延びた第2面と、前記第2面を基準として内部方向に垂直に延びた第3面と、を有するハウジングと、を含み、
前記発光素子は、フリップチップタイプの発光ダイオードチップと、前記発光ダイオードチップの上面及び両側面を覆う波長変換層と、を含み、
前記波長変換層は、前記発光ダイオードチップの上面を覆う第1層と、前記発光ダイオードチップの両側面を覆う第2層と、を含み、前記第1層は、前記第2層より厚い厚さを有する、バックライトユニット。 - 前記ハウジングの内部の前記第2面に位置する回路基板をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記導光板の下に位置し、一側が前記発光素子が位置する領域まで延びた第1反射部をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1反射部は、上面が前記導光板の下面及び前記発光素子の一側面と対面し、前記第1反射部の先端は、前記回路基板の他面の一部と対面する、請求項11に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記導光板の上面の一部分上に位置する第2反射部をさらに含み、
前記第2反射部の一部は、前記第2面と前記回路基板との間まで延びている、請求項9に記載のバックライトユニット。 - 前記第2反射部の上部面の一部は前記第3面の下部面と接触し、前記第2反射部の下部面の一部は前記回路基板の一部と接触し、前記第2反射部の下部面の他の一部は前記導光板の上部面の一部と接触する、請求項13に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記導光板上に位置する光学シートと、
前記光学シートを固定し、光漏れを防止するために前記第3面と並んで位置して前記光学シートの周縁を覆う遮光テープと、をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のバックライトユニット。
