Claims (10)
- ・メンブレン(20)とこのメンブレン(20)の両側に面で接触する2つの電極(22)とを備えるメンブレン電極ユニット(12)と、
・メンブレン(20)を環状に包囲しかつこのメンブレンとオーバーラップするシールサポート(14)と、
・メンブレン(20)及びシールサポート(14)と環状にオーバーラップする結合層(24)と、
・メンブレン(20)の外側でシールサポート(14)と結合されたシール(16)と、
を有し、結合層(24)の同じ平坦面上で、結合層(24)の内側の周縁区間(28)がメンブレン電極ユニット(12)と、結合層(24)の外側の周縁区間(30)がシールサポート(14)と、物質融合式に結合されていること、を特徴とする燃料電池(50)用のメンブレン電極アッセンブリ(10)。 - 結合層(24)が、メンブレン(20)のシールサポート(15)とは反対の平坦面に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のメンブレン電極アッセンブリ。
- 物質融合式の結合が、接着であること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のメンブレン電極アッセンブリ。
- 結合層(24)が、接着剤でコーティングされ、特に自己粘着性のフィルムであること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載のメンブレン電極アッセンブリ。
- 結合層(24)の内周縁(32)が、シールサポート(14)の内周縁(34)に対して位置ずれして終了し、特に突出すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のメンブレン電極アッセンブリ。
- シールサポート(14)が、穿孔(48)を備え、この穿孔に沿って、シール(16)が、シールサポート(14)の両側に延在し、シール(16)の第1の部分区間(38)が、シールサポート(14)の第1の平坦面に配置され、シール(16)の第2の部分区間(40)が、シールサポート(14)の第2の平坦面に配置され、両部分区間(38,40)が、穿孔(48)を経て互いに一体的に結合されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のメンブレン電極アッセンブリ。
- 交互に積み重ねられた複数の二極プレート(52)と請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のメンブレン電極アッセンブリ(10)とを有すること、を特徴とする燃料電池(50)。
- 請求項7に記載の燃料電池(10)を有すること、を特徴とする自動車(62)。
- ・シールサポート(14)の領域にシール(16)を形成するステップと、
・次いで、結合層(24)の内側の周縁区間(28)をメンブレン電極ユニット(12)と、結合層(24)の外側の周縁区間(30)をシールサポート(14)と、物質融合式に結合するステップとを、
