Claims (20)
- 関節の骨の分離を維持するためのスペーサであって、
それらの間に伸びる縦軸を画定する遠位端と近位端とを有するフレームと、
前記フレームに摺動可能に連結され、少なくとも1つの傾斜面を有し、ねじ部分をさらに含むキャリッジと、
前記フレームに螺着可能に係合されたアクチュエータねじであって、前記アクチュエータねじを回転させた時に、前記アクチュエータねじが前記キャリッジにもたれて、前記キャリッジを前記フレーム内で摺動可能に移動させるように構成された、アクチュエータねじと、
前記関節の第1の骨に係合するように構成され、前記少なくとも1つのキャリッジ傾斜面とはめ合わせ可能な少なくとも1つの表面を有する第1の終板であって、それによって、前記キャリッジが前記アクチュエータねじの回転によって摺動可能に移動可能である時、前記少なくとも1つの終板傾斜面が前記少なくとも1つのキャリッジ傾斜面を摺動して、前記縦軸を横断する軸に沿って前記第1の終板を移動させて前記スペーサの高さを高くする、第1の終板と、

を備える、スペーサ。 - 前記キャリッジが少なくとも2つの傾斜面を含み、前記第2の終板が、前記キャリッジの前記少なくとも2つの傾斜面のうちの少なくとも1つにはめ合わせ可能な少なくとも1つの傾斜面を含み、それによって、前記キャリッジが前記アクチュエータねじの回転によって摺動可能に移動された時、前記少なくとも1つの第2の終板傾斜面が、前記少なくとも1つの追加的なキャリッジ傾斜面を摺動して、前記縦軸を横断する軸に沿って前記第2の終板を移動させて前記スペーサの高さを高くする、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 前記第1の終板が、前記第1の終板を前記関節の骨に固定するために固定具が貫通することができる少なくとも1つの開口部を含む、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 前記第1の終板を貫通させた固定具の抜け落ちを防ぐブロック機構をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 前記第1の終板と前記第2の終板とのうちの少なくとも1つが、異種材料の2つの相互接続された部分から成る、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 1つの異種材料がポリマーであり、もう1つの異種材料が金属である、請求項5に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 前記アクチュエータねじを圧迫して、前記アクチュエータねじの意図しない回転の可能性を減少させるように構成されたポリマー材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 前記スペーサを前記関節の骨に固定するための伸長固定具を受け入れるような大きさと寸法とにされた少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、前記スペーサから解放可能に取り外し可能であって体内への前記スペーサの挿入中に前記スペーサの形状を小さくし、前記体内で前記スペーサに取り付けられるプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャリッジ傾斜面が、前記少なくとも1つのキャリッジ傾斜面を前記第1の終板の前記少なくとも1つの表面にもたれるように回転可能である、少なくとも1つのカムの上に配置されている、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記第1の終板が、異なる長さの第1の横軸と第2の横軸とを有する回転可能部分を含む、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記回転可能部分が、前記スペーサの内部を貫通可能である、請求項10に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記第1の終板が、前記スペーサを前記関節の骨に固定するように動作可能な伸長固定具を受け入れるような大きさと寸法とで貫通された、開口部を含み、前記開口部が、前記縦軸を横断する前記軸に沿って前記第1の終板を移動させるにつれて、前記第1の終板と一緒に移動可能である、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記スペーサを前記関節の骨に固定するために固定具が貫通することができる開口部を有し、前記開口部を前記関節の骨で覆うために、前記スペーサが体内に埋め込まれた後、回転可能である少なくとも1つの回転可能なプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 前記キャリッジ傾斜面のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記関節の骨を貫通して前記スペーサを体内で固定するように動作する、貫通要素を前記第1の終板の開口部に押し通すように動作する、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。
- 骨係合ねじ山とギアの歯とを有する骨ねじと、
前記骨ねじの前記ギアの歯に係合可能なギアの歯を含み、それによって、前記骨ねじが前記関節の骨の中に通された時に回転させられる前記アクチュエータねじと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。 - 前記フレームに枢動可能に接続された、少なくとも1つの細長い回転可能なデプロイヤと、
前記デプロイヤに接続され、前記回転可能なデプロイヤを体内で回転させた時に前記関節の骨を貫通するように動作可能である少なくとも1つの貫通要素と、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の関節用スペーサ。 - 関節の骨の分離を治療的に維持するための関節用スペーサであって、

- 前記第1の終板が、前記インプラントを体内組織に接続するための固定具が貫通することができる開口部を有する金属部分を含み、前記金属部分に接続され、前記関節の骨を支えるような大きさと寸法とにされたポリマー部分をさらに有する、請求項17に記載のスペーサ。
- 関節の骨の分離を治療的に維持するための方法であって、
前記関節の骨の間にスペーサを挿入することを含み、前記スペーサが、
それらの間に伸びる縦軸を画定する遠位端と近位端とを有するフレームと、
前記フレーム内で摺動可能に保たれ、少なくとも1つの傾斜面を有し、フランジをさらに含むキャリッジと、
