Claims (16)
- 滑り軸受のための軸受シェルであって、
凸面状の外面と、
上記軸受シェルの端面に近い上記外面から突き出た位置合わせ部とを備え、
上記位置合わせ部は、上記端面から離れるほど減少する軸方向幅を有する第1のテーパ部を有し、
上記第1のテーパ部の各側面は、上記軸受シェルの軸方向端面と平行な面から2〜10°の角度をもって離れるように傾斜している
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項1において、
上記テーパ部の各側面は、上記軸受シェルの軸方向端面と平行な面から3〜7°の角度をもって離れるように傾斜している
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記位置合わせ部は、上記端面に近接する追加部と、上記端面から離れた上記第1のテーパ部とを有する
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項3において、
上記追加部は、上記端面から離れるにしたがって減少する軸方向幅を有する第2のテーパ部であって、
上記第1のテーパ部は、上記第2のテーパ部よりも大きく傾斜している
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項3において、
上記追加部は、一定の軸方向幅を有している
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記第1のテーパ部は、該第1のテーパ部の側面同士が交わらないように傾斜している
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項において、
上記第1のテーパ部は、少なくとも該第1のテーパ部の平均軸方向幅の半分の周方向長さを有している
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
上記位置合わせ部は、上記端面から離れるにしたがって上記位置合わせ部の周方向長さに沿って突出量が減少するように、上記軸受シェルの上記外面から突き出ている
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記位置合わせ部は、上記軸受シェルの実質的に上記端面の段階から周方向に延びている
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記位置合わせ部は、上記軸受シェルの上記端面から周方向に離れている
ことを特徴とする軸受シェル。 - ハウジングと、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の軸受シェルとを備え、
上記軸受シェルは、上記ハウジングの凹部の内部に収容されている
ことを特徴とするエンジン。 - 凸面状の外面と、
軸受シェルの端面に近い上記外面から突き出た位置合わせ部とを備え、
上記位置合わせ部は、上記端面から離れるほど減少する軸方向幅を有する第1のテーパ部を有し、
上記第1のテーパ部の各側面は、上記軸受シェルの軸方向端面と平行な面から2〜10°の角度をもって離れるように傾斜している、滑り軸受のための軸受シェルの製造方法であって、
軸受シェルまたは軸受シェルのための平坦なブランクを提供し、上記位置合わせ部を形成する
ことを特徴とする軸受シェルの製造方法。 - 請求項12において、
上記位置合わせ部は、圧印加工、型付け加工および打抜き加工のいずれかにより形成される
ことを特徴とする軸受シェルの製造方法。 - 添付する説明および図2Aから図4のいずれか1つを参照して本明細書中に実質的に記載された半軸受。
- 添付する説明および図2Aから図4のいずれか1つを参照して本明細書中に実質的に記載された半軸受を備えたエンジン。
