Claims (10)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、少なくとも1つの通信規格を用いて無線信号を送信および/または受信するように構成された通信モジュールと、
前記ハウジングの面を覆うスキンを形成するように該ハウジングの面に取り付けられたアンテナガラスカバーであって、該アンテナガラスカバーが、少なくとも1つのアンテナがその上に印刷されている面を有するガラスキャリアを備え、該少なくとも1つのアンテナは、前記少なくとも1つの通信規格に関連する少なくとも1つの通信帯域で作動するように構成される、アンテナガラスカバーと、
前記通信モジュールと前記少なくとも1つのアンテナとの間に形成される伝送線と、
を備える電子装置。 - 前記伝送線は、前記ハウジングに結合されたコネクタと、前記コネクタを前記通信モジュールに結合する同軸ケーブルとを備える、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記コネクタは、前記少なくとも1つのアンテナの給電点との接触のために配置された第1の金属ピンと、前記少なくとも1つのアンテナの接地点との接触のために配置された第2の金属ピンとを備える、請求項2に記載の電子装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、第1のハウジングおよび第2のハウジングを備え、第1のハウジングおよび第2のハウジングは、枢動自在なジョイントによって一緒に結合され、前記コネクタは、前記枢動自在なジョイント内に配置される、請求項3に記載の電子装置。
- 前記金属ピンは、前記少なくとも1つのアンテナの前記給電点との接触を容易にする調節可能な長さを有し、または、前記金属ピンは、前記コネクタの本体に対する前記金属ピンの突出長さを調節可能にするばね式である、請求項3に記載の電子装置。
- 前記ガラスキャリアの表面と、前記少なくとも1つのアンテナとの間に非導電性介在層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 電子装置用の通信システムにおいて、
少なくとも1つの通信規格を用いて、無線信号を送信および/または受信するように構成された通信モジュールと、
前記電子装置のハウジングの面を覆うスキンを形成するように該ハウジングの面に取り付けるために適合されたアンテナガラスカバーであって、該アンテナガラスカバーが、少なくとも1つのアンテナがその上に印刷される表面を有するガラスキャリアを備え、該少なくとも1つのアンテナは、前記少なくとも1つの通信規格に関連する少なくとも1つの通信帯域で作動するように構成される、アンテナガラスカバーと、
前記少なくとも1つのアンテナの給電点との接触のために配置された金属ピンを備えるコネクタと、
前記金属ピンを前記通信モジュールに結合するケーブルと、
を備える通信システム。 - 前記コネクタは、前記少なくとも1つのアンテナの接地点との接触のために配置された追加的な金属ピンをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の通信システム。
- 電子装置用のアンテナガラスカバーを形成する方法であって、
前記電子装置のハウジングの面を覆うスキンを形成するように該ハウジングの面に取り付けるために適合された形状およびサイズを有する強化ガラスであって、600MPa超の圧縮応力と、25μm超の表面圧縮層の深さとを備えた表面圧縮層を有する強化ガラスを提供する工程と、
導電性インクを用いて、前記強化ガラスの表面に少なくとも1つのアンテナを印刷する工程と、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記強化ガラスの表面に前記少なくとも1つのアンテナを印刷する前に、前記強化ガラスの表面に非導電層を印刷する工程をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
