Claims (12)
- 無線LANシステムにおいてステーション(STA)がサブチャネル選択的アクセスを行う方法であって、
所定のフレームをアクセスポイント(AP)から受信するステップと、
前記サブチャネル選択的アクセスのためのチャネルリスト情報、前記サブチャネル選択的アクセスのための帯域幅情報、及び前記サブチャネル選択的アクセスのための時間情報が前記所定のフレームに含まれた場合、一つ以上のサブチャネルを選択するステップと、
選択された前記一つ以上のサブチャネル上で動作するステップと、
を含む、サブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。 - 前記一つ以上のサブチャネルは、前記チャネルリスト情報が示す一つ以上のサブチャネルの中から選択される、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記チャネルリスト情報は、前記STAのアクセスが許容される一つ以上のサブチャネルを示す、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記帯域幅情報は、前記チャネルリスト情報が示す一つ以上のサブチャネル上で許容されるフレームの帯域幅を示す、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記所定のフレームは、前記チャネルリストが示す一つ以上のサブチャネル上で前記STAの送信が許容されることを示す情報をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記チャネルリスト情報、前記帯域幅情報又は前記サブチャネル選択的アクセスのための時間情報のうちの少なくとも一つが前記所定のフレームに含まれない場合に、前記STAはプライマリチャネル(primary channel)上で動作する、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記所定のフレームは、CH−Pollフレーム又はビーコンフレームである、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記所定のフレームは、前記STAが連携(association)しているAPから送信される、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記所定のフレームは、ヌル−データパケット(NDP)サウンディングの有無を示す情報をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。
- 前記チャネルリスト情報、前記帯域幅情報及び前記NDPサウンディングの有無を示す情報のうちの一つ以上に基づいて、
前記所定のフレームに後続してNDPフレームが送信されるサブチャネル、前記NDPフレームの帯域幅、及び前記NDPフレームが送信される時間のうちの一つ以上が決定される、請求項9に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。 - 前記NDPサウンディングの有無を示す情報が、NDPフレームが送信されることを示す場合、
前記STAは、前記NDPフレームを用いてサブチャネルのチャネル品質を決定し、
決定されたチャネル品質に基づいて前記一つ以上のサブチャネルを選択する、請求項9に記載のサブチャネル選択的アクセス方法。 - 無線LANシステムにおいてサブチャネル選択的アクセスを行うステーション(STA)装置であって、
送受信器と、
プロセッサと、
を備え、
前記プロセッサは、前記送受信器を用いて所定のフレームをアクセスポイント(AP)から受信し、前記サブチャネル選択的アクセスのためのチャネルリスト情報、前記サブチャネル選択的アクセスのための帯域幅情報、及び前記サブチャネル選択的アクセスのための時間情報が前記所定のフレームに含まれた場合、一つ以上のサブチャネルを選択し、選択された前記一つ以上のサブチャネル上で動作するように設定される、サブチャネル選択的アクセスSTA装置。
