Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 切断工具を用いて工作物を機械加工する方法であって、前記工具は前記工作物に対して作業移動を行い、前記工具に対して振動が重畳される、工作物の機械加工方法において、
前記振動が、少なくとも5μm、好ましくは少なくとも10、15、または20μmの振幅を有することを特徴とする工作物の機械加工方法。 - 切断工具を用いて工作物を機械加工する方法であって、前記工具は前記工作物に対して作業移動を行い、前記工具に対して振動が重畳される、好ましくは請求項1に記載の工作物の機械加工方法において、
前記振動が、500Hzもしくは800Hzであり得る下限、および/または1600Hzもしくは1200Hzであり得る上限を有する範囲内の動作周波数を有し、前記動作周波数が、振動系統の機械的共振周波数に対して少なくとも10%、好ましくは少なくとも20%または30%離調されることを特徴とする工作物の機械加工方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の工作物の機械加工方法において、前記工具が、ドリル、フライス、または旋削工具であり、前記振動が並進振動であり、前記ドリルおよび前記フライスの場合、振動軸が工具軸に対して軸方向で平行であり、前記振動が並進振動および/または回転振動であり、前記旋削工具の場合、振動軸が回転する工作物の径方向に平行であることを特徴とする工作物の機械加工方法。
- 交流入力(21)と、
前記交流入力とコンデンサ(C1)との接続部にある第1の回路部と、
前記交流入力および前記第1の回路部の直列接続に対して並列である半波整流器(D1)を有する第2の回路部と、
電圧出力としての前記第2の回路部に沿った電圧のための電圧ピックアップ(22)とを備えることを特徴とする振動する工具のアクチュエータ用の供給回路(28)。 - 請求項4に記載の供給回路において、前記半波整流器に対して並列である抵抗器(R1)を備えることを特徴とする供給回路。
- 交流入力(21)と、
前記交流入力に接続されると共に電圧出力(22)を有し、前記電圧出力において電圧を発生させるため、直流成分(Udc)および交流成分(Uac)を有するように設計された電圧発生器とを備えることを特徴とする振動する工具のアクチュエータ用の供給回路(20)。 - 請求項4から6の何れか一項に記載の供給回路において、前記交流入力に接続される二次コイル(L2、47)を備えることを特徴とする供給回路。
- 請求項4から7のいずれか一項以上に記載の供給回路において、前記電圧出力における電圧が、
直流電圧成分(Udc)、
および/または、
振幅が好ましくは前記直流成分(Udc)の最大二倍またはそれと同等±8%もしくは±2%である交流成分(Uac)を有することを特徴とする供給回路。 - 請求項7に記載の供給回路(28、29)と、
前記二次コイルに磁気的に連結された一次コイル(L1)と、
前記一次コイルに対して並列の交流電流源(U)および第3のコンデンサ(C3)から成る直列接続部とを備えることを特徴とする振動する工具のアクチュエータ用の供給系統。 - 請求項9に記載の供給系統において、C3>100*C1およびC1>4*C2が保たれ、C2が振動駆動部の有効容量であり、ならびに/または、1/2<L1/L2<2であって、好ましくはL1=L2±10%が保たれ得るようにしたことを特徴とする供給系統。
- 機械側部の第1の機械的接続(44)と、
工具(10)または後者のための第2の機械的接続(42)と、
前記第1の接続と前記工具または前記第2の接続との間の電気振動駆動部(43)と、
請求項4から8のいずれか一項以上に記載の供給回路(28、29)と、
前記供給回路と前記振動駆動部との間の電気接続(49)とを備えることを特徴とする振動する工具のアクチュエータ(48)。 - 請求項11に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
請求項7に記載の供給回路と、
前記二次コイル(L2)が周りに配置される回転軸とを備え、
前記第1の接続が規格化された接続、特にHSK接続であり得ることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項11または12に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、前記振動駆動部が並進振動を発生させ、圧電駆動部を備えることができることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
- 請求項11から13のいずれか一項以上に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、少なくとも10μm、好ましくは少なくとも15μmまたは20μmの機械的振動振幅(A)を発生させるように設計することができ、供給電圧の電気的周波数(fa)が、アクチュエータおよび工具から成るシステムの機械的共振周波数に対して、共振周波数(f0)の少なくとも20%、好ましくは少なくとも30%離調されることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
- 請求項11から14のいずれか一項以上に記載のアクチュエータ(40)と、
特にドリル(10)またはフライスまたは旋削工具である、前記アクチュエータに接続される工具(10、51)とを備えることを特徴とする工具一式。 - 好ましくは請求項11から14のいずれか一項以上に記載のアクチュエータ(48)、または前記アクチュエータの取付けエリアと、
動作中は前記工作物に面し、ブレードを有さず、丸み付けられるかまたは面取りされた縁部を有する表面(52)とを備えることを特徴とする工具。
