Claims (7)
- パルス制御されたリニアアクチュエータであって、
コンプレッサ/ポンプによる弁システムを通して取り入れられた媒体を受けるための作動シリンダと、
前記作動シリンダにおいて自由に移動するピストンと、
前記アクチュエータの出力に相当する、前記ピストンのピストンシャンクと、を含み、
前記アクチュエータは、中心ソレノイド(1)と、少なくとも前記中心ソレノイド(1)の上下に位置付けられ、対で配置された上下の鉄芯(3)とをさらに含み、当該上下の鉄芯(3)を、前記中心ソレノイド(1)によって、かつ、対で配置された上下のソレノイド(2)によって交互に移動させ、前記中心ソレノイド(1)及び前記鉄芯(3)は前記上下のソレノイド(2)間に配置され、前記鉄芯(3)は、2つの別個の媒体空間(14、15)を有するコンプレッサ/ポンプを形成し、前記上下の鉄芯(3)間にある空間から、前記第1の媒体空間(14)は、上部の制御された二重入口弁(4)の第1の入口(4a)から、前記ピストン(10)の上の前記作動シリンダ(9)の一部分内へと導かれ、さらに、下部の制御された二重入口弁(8)の第1の入口(8a)から、前記ピストン(10)の下の前記作動シリンダ(9)の一部分内へと導かれ、前記第2の媒体空間(15)は、前記上下の鉄芯(3)間の空間から前記鉄芯(3)によって分離され、前記上部の制御された二重入口弁(4)の第2の入口(4b)から、前記ピストン(10)の上の前記作動シリンダ(9)の一部分内へと導かれ、さらに、前記下部の制御された二重入口弁(8)の第2の入口(8b)から、前記ピストン(10)の下の前記作動シリンダ(9)の一部分内へと導かれ、前記上下の制御された弁(4、8)は、逆位相または位相パルス制御される
ことを特徴とするパルス制御されたリニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記媒体は液体である
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記媒体は気体である
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記上下の制御された弁(4、8)は、前記上下のソレノイド(2、5)によって交互に移動する鉄芯も備える
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - それぞれが、少なくとも、中心ソレノイド(1)、一対の鉄芯(3)、及び、一対のソレノイド(2)を有する複数のコンプレッサ/ポンプブロックを含む
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記鉄芯(3)は膜で取り囲まれた強磁性流体の媒体から形成される
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記二重入口弁(4、8)は2つの逐次結合された単一入口弁(16、17)から形成される
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
