低温において柔軟である熱可塑性バインダで前記柔軟な繊維をコーティングするステップと、
を含む請求項9に記載の方法。 - 繊維をコーティングする前記ステップは、
熱可塑性バインダを含む水溶液中に前記繊維を浸漬するとともに、
前記繊維を乾燥させる、
ことによって行なわれる請求項9又は請求項10に記載の方法。 - 軟化ストリップを形成する前記ステップは、前記繊維を弛緩させるように前記コーティングされた基布を機械的に加工するステップを更に含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- コーティングされた基布を機械的に加工する前記ステップが冷間加工プロセスによって行なわれる請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部に前記軟化ストリップを配置する前記ステップは、
前記軟化ストリップを前記複合樹脂壁と前記複合樹脂ドームとに対して結合するステップと、
前記複合樹脂壁、前記複合樹脂ドーム、及び、前記軟化ストリップを同時結合させるステップと、
を含む請求項10に記載の方法。
