Abstract
Description
(1)酸や塩基が漏れたときに自動的に感知する化合物のうち、人体に無害であり、しかも、生産工程ラインにおける2次汚染を防ぐ分子は、下記のように反応する。
[化学式1] HInd+H2O=H3O++Ind-
pH=pKa+log[Ind−]/[Hind]
pH範囲7〜14(酸漏れがない場合):黄色(570〜590nmの可視光波長領域)
pH範囲1〜3(酸漏れ時に):赤色(620〜750nmの可視光波長領域)
pH範囲1〜7(塩基(アルカリ)漏れがない場合):白色
pH範囲10〜13:赤色(625〜760nmの可視光波長範囲)
表1:種々の酸を用い、鉄パイプにコーティングされたセンサーペイントについて検出された反応時間(反応時間は、レーザーフラッシュ光分解法により記録された。)

Claims (9)
- メチレンブルーを蒸留水に溶かした後に、これをソルビトールに溶かした溶液に添加して第1混合液を製造する工程と、
この溶液を、ソルビトールに溶かした溶液に添加して第2混合液を製造する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物の製造方法。 - アリザリンイエローを蒸留水に溶かした後に、これをソルビトールに溶かした溶液に添加して第3混合液を製造する工程と、
エチルアルコール及びパーム油を加えて第5混合液を製造する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物の製造方法。 - 蒸留水にソルビトールに溶かした溶液にチモールブルーを加え、エチルアルコールを加えて第1混合液を製造する工程と、
蒸留水をソルビトールに溶かした溶液にフェノールフタレンを加え、無水エチルアルコールを加えて第2混合液を製造する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物の製造方法。 - 蒸留水をソルビトールに溶かした溶液にクレゾールレッドを加えて第3混合液を製造する工程と、
パーム油をエチルアルコールに溶解して第5混合液を製造する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物の製造方法。 - 混合液を減圧下で真空蒸留して蒸留残渣を除去する工程と、
蒸留残渣を除去した混合液に安定剤としての1,3−ジメチルアニリンを加える工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物の製造方法。 - 2次蒸留水にトリエチルアミンを入れて第7混合液を製造する工程と、
二酸化チタンを加えて第8混合液を製造する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物の製造方法。 - 水酸化アンモニウムをプロポキシプロパノールに入れて第9混合液を製造する工程と、
第9混合液にn−ブチルアルコール及び炭酸カルシウムを加えて第10混合液を製造する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物の製造方法。 - 酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物が配合されたペイント。
- 酸、塩基及び毒性ガスの漏れ感知のための化合物が塗布されたテープ。
