- 前記熱可塑性高分子は、アミド系重合体、エステル系重合体、アクリレート系重合体、ポリケトン系重合体、ビニル系重合体、スチレン系重合体、ポリオレフィン及びポリフェニレンエーテルからなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子。
- 前記炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子は、押出物である、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子。
- a)炭素ナノ物質1〜40重量%、多環芳香族炭化水素誘導体(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon derivative)1〜40重量%、及び溶媒20〜98重量%を機械式撹拌機で撹拌して、炭素ナノ物質にピレン誘導体を結合させる工程と、b)多環芳香族炭化水素誘導体が結合された炭素ナノ物質を高分子ペレットにコーティングする工程とを含む、炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 炭素ナノ物質0.1〜15重量%、多環芳香族炭化水素誘導体(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon derivative)0.025〜30重量%、高分子ペレット10〜99.775重量%、及び溶媒0.1〜45重量%を攪拌して、多環芳香族炭化水素誘導体と炭素ナノ物質の結合体がコーティングされた高分子ペレットを製造する工程を含む、炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記コーティングされた高分子ペレットを溶融及び押出する工程をさらに含む、請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記炭素ナノ物質は、炭素ナノチューブ、グラフェン(graphene)及び炭素ナノファイバーからなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記多環芳香族炭化水素誘導体は、2〜5の縮合されたベンゼン環(fused benzene ring)を含む、請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記多環芳香族炭化水素誘導体は、前記高分子と反応性の官能基を含む、請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記官能基は、トリアルキルアザニウム基(trialkyl azanium group)、カルボン酸基(carboxylic acid group)、アシルクロライド基(acylchloride group)、ヒドロキシル基(hydroxyl group)、アミド基(amide group)、及びエステル基(ester group)からなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項13に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性高分子は、アミド系重合体、エステル系重合体、アクリレート系重合体、ポリケトン系重合体、ビニル系重合体、スチレン系重合体、ポリオレフィン及びポリフェニレンエーテルからなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は、水、エタノール、メタノール及びTHFからなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は、クロロホルム、トルエン及びベンゼンからなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法。
- 請求項8又は9に記載の炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子の製造方法により製造された、炭素ナノ物質が結合された熱可塑性高分子。
