Abstract
Description
該中間流路145は、一側が分配流路142に繋がった状態で隙間130の幅方向に沿って全体的に形成される。
排出ケース300は、連結ケース200を通過した外部流体が中空糸束400の他端部(下流端部)に接するよう誘導されてから外部へ排出される部分であり、図6及び図8のように連結ケース200の他端部に繋がった状態で設けられる。
このとき、各断面縮小区間510、520、530は、各第1流入ウィンドウ152と同一線上に位置し、第1流入ウィンドウ152毎に当該断面縮小部の圧力が円滑に適用されるようにする。

Claims (5)
- 一側に流体流入口が形成されているハウジングを含み、前記ハウジングの内部には複数の収容空間が隙間を挟んで上下に積層して形成されており、前記最上層の収容空間と前記ハウジングとの間の第1流路、前記最下層の収容空間と前記ハウジングとの間の第2流路及び前記収容空間間との隙間の中間流路が、それぞれ第1、2流路及び中間流路が前記流体流入口に連通した状態で形成されている流入ケース、
前記流入ケースと前後間隔を置いて位置しており、内部には複数の収容空間が形成されており、一側には流体排出口が形成されている排出ケース、
前記排出ケースと流入ケースとの間に位置している連結ケース、
前記流入ケースの収容空間、前記連結ケースの内部及び前記排出ケースの収容空間を貫通して収容されている複数個の中空糸束を含み、
前記第1流路と第2流路の断面積は、前記中間流路の断面積より小さく形成されていることを特徴とする中空糸膜モジュール。 - 前記中空糸膜モジュールは、前記収容空間それぞれを取り囲むように配置され、前記収容空間を区画する隔壁をさらに含み、
前記隔壁には前記第1、2流路及び中間流路と前記収容空間を連通させる第1、2流入ウィンドウ及び中間ウィンドウが前記隔壁の幅方向に沿って複数配列して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空糸膜モジュール。 - 前記第1流路と第2流路の断面積は、前記流体流入口が形成された側の端部から反対側端部に行くにつれ断面積が減る形態に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空糸膜モジュール。
- 前記第1、2流路のうち流体流入口が形成された側の端部から反対側に向かう一定の区間までの断面積は、前記中間流路の断面積以上に形成され、
前記第1、2流路のうち残り区間の断面積が前記中間流路より小さく形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の中空糸膜モジュール。 - 前記第1、2流路の上側壁面には、複数個の段差が第1、2流路の幅方向に沿って階段状に形成されており、
第1、2流路の断面積は、前記各段差を基準に次第に縮小することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の中空糸膜モジュール。
