Description
Claims (8)
- 制御装置のキー動作の検出を含む、対象物の移動を検出するための静電容量センサであって、
第1電極(30;32)と、
前記対象物と接続又は機械的結合されるように、或いは、前記対象物上に設置されるように具備され、前記対象物が移動したとき、前記第1電極(30;32)からの距離が変化する第2電極(34;36)と、
前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)により形成され、電極(30、34;32、36)の間に容積部(40)を備え、前記対象物が移動したときに大きさが変化する第1のキャパシタ(26;28)と、
前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)と接続され、前記2つの電極間の間隔及び容積の変化によりもたらされる、前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)間の静電容量の変化を測定するように動作する評価装置(38)と、を含み、
前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)の間に、気体状ではない変形可能な第1の絶縁体(42)が設置され、
該第1の絶縁体(42)は、少なくとも1つの気体容積部(44)を画定する、或いは、前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)の少なくとも一方と共に気体容積部(44)を画定するものであり、前記気体容積部(44)が気体状の第2の絶縁体で満たされており、
前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)が互いに接近するとき、該2つの電極間の前記気体容積部(44)及び前記容積部(40)から、前記第2の絶縁体の少なくとも一部が抜け出し、
前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)が互いに接近するとき、該2つの電極(30、34;32、36)間の前記容積部(40)の、前記第1の絶縁体(42)で占められている部分が増大し、前記2つの電極(30、34;32、36)間の前記容積部(40)の、前記第2の絶縁体で占められている部分が減少することを特徴とする静電容量センサ。 - 前記第1の絶縁体(42)が、オープンセルの材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電容量センサ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの気体容積部(44)が、前記電極(30、34;32、36)間の前記容積部(40)の外側へ向かって開口する、前記第1の絶縁体(42)内の凹部により形成される、或いは、前記電極(30、34;32、36)間の前記容積部(40)の外側へ向かって開口する、前記第1の絶縁体(42)の表面形状により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の静電容量センサ。
- 前記第1の絶縁体(42)が、弾力性を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の静電容量センサ。
- 前記第1の絶縁体(42)は、レンズ形状であり、前記電極(30、34;32、36)に対向する2つの外面を有し、前記気体容積部(44)が、前記外面と前記電極(30、34;32、36)との間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の静電容量センサ。
- 前記第1の絶縁体(42)が、ゴムを含むエラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の静電容量センサ。
- 前記第1の絶縁体(42)が、前記第2の絶縁体よりも大きい比誘電率を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の静電容量センサ。
- 第1電極(30;32)と、前記対象物と接続又は機械的結合されるように、或いは、前記対象物上に設置されるように具備される第2電極(34;36)と、を含む第2のキャパシタ(26;28)を更に含み、
前記対象物が移動したとき、前記2つのキャパシタ(26;28)の前記電極(30、34;32、36)間の距離が反対方向に変化し、
前記キャパシタ(26;28)の双方は、前記電極間に、気体状ではない第1の絶縁体と、気体状の第2の絶縁体とを含み、
双方の前記キャパシタ(26;28)の前記電極(30、34;32、36)が、前記評価装置(38)へ接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の静電容量センサ。
