Claims (10)

少なくとも1つのパネル(100)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのパネルは、
第1の外縁スペーサ(102)によって離されて、低圧のとき、気密のチャンバ(104)を規定する2つの壁(110、120)と、
前記チャンバ(104)に配置され、前記2つの壁(110、120)の中間位置で局所的に第2のスペーサ(140)に固定され、ともに気密の第2の隔室(158)を規定する少なくとも2つの柔軟フィルム(150、160)
とを備え、
前記壁(110、120)と前記柔軟フィルム(150、160)との間に選択された極性の電位を連続して加えることによって、前記柔軟フィルム(150、160)は、
前記壁(110、120)の電位とは反対の極性の、同じ電位に置かれた前記フィルム(150、160)が互いに離されて前記壁(110、120)と接触し、前記フィルム(150、160)間に規定される前記第2の隔室(158)内の圧力が、該隔室(158)の外側の前記チャンバ(104)に行き渡る圧力より低い断熱の第1位置と、
前記フィルム(150、160)が前記壁(110、120)から離されて、少なくともその表面の大部分にわたって互いに接触し、前記第1位置より低い断熱性を有する第2位置
との間を移動させられる
ことを特徴とする断熱装置。 - 前記第2位置において、隣り合う前記フィルム(150、160)の対は対反対の電位を受け、好ましくはフィルムの外側と向かい合う前記壁(110、120)と、それぞれ同一の電位を受ける
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記気密のチャンバ(104)内に、少なくとも3つの柔軟フィルム(150、160、170)を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記壁(110、120)は柔軟性を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記壁(110、120)は、
金属製の壁、
複合材料製であって、典型的には電気絶縁層と、例えば、金属をベースとする、または導電性の粒子を充填した導電性の層からなる壁、
内面が電気絶縁材料で覆われている壁(110、120)
からなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記柔軟フィルム(150、160)は、
金属製のフィルム、
導電性の粒子を充填した熱可塑性の材料をベースとする柔軟フィルム、
電気絶縁コーティングで覆われた柔軟フィルム(154、156、164、166)
からなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記チャンバ(104)の内圧は1Paと1000Paの間であり、非常に有利には約10Paである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記2つのフィルム(150、160)の間の圧力は、前記フィルム(150、160)の外側に配置される副チャンバ(104a、104b)に行き渡る圧力より小さく、好ましくは1Pa未満であり、または典型的には10−3Paと10−4Paの間である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記壁(110、120)もしくは前記フィルム(150、160)、またはその両方
が、赤外線放射の少ない材料でつくられるか、赤外線放射が少なくなるように処理されており、好ましくは赤外線放射係数が0.1未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記壁(110、120)と前記柔軟フィルム(150、160)が可視域において光学的に透明である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
