前記突起(800)と電気的に連結されている電源供給部(140)と、を含む体内施術装置。 - 前記施術管(111)の端部に設けられ、前記施術管(111)の端部を前記体内の内部組織面または内皮面に吸着方式で固定される内皮吸着手段(170)を更に含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の体内施術装置。
- 前記内皮吸着手段(170)の少なくとも一部は絶縁部材を備える、請求項3に記載の体内施術装置。
- 前記内皮吸着手段(170)には少なくとも一つの吸着孔が形成され、
前記先端部が前記少なくとも一つの吸着孔を通じて前記施術管(111)の端部を通過するように、前記駆動部(165)は前記施術板(122)を駆動する、請求項3に記載の体内施術装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの針(121)が前記体内の内部組織面または内皮面に挿入される場合に、前記内部組織面または内皮面から排出される物質を吸着孔を通じて前記体内施術装置の内部に吸収する内皮吸着手段(170)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の体内施術装置。
- 前記内皮吸着手段(170)の温度を検知する温度センサーを更に含む、請求項3に記載の体内施術装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの針(121)のうち、少なくとも一つには中空部が形成され、前記中空部に連結された薬物容器を更に含む、請求項1に記載の体内施術装置。
- 前記内皮吸着手段(170)に設けられ、前記内部組織面または内皮面に当接して施術部位の温度を調節する表面温度調節手段(499)を更に含む、請求項3に記載の体内施術装置。
- 前記先端部には高周波交流電流が与えられ、
前記先端部はバイポーラの電極体を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の体内施術装置。 - 前記先端部のうち少なくとも一部の先端部は、隣接した先端部はその極性が交番する、請求項1または2に記載の体内施術装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの針が前記内部組織面または内皮面に予め設定した深さに挿入されるように、前記駆動部(165)を制御する制御部(151)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の体内施術装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の前記体内施術装置を備えた内視鏡装置。
