Abstract
Description
速度制御の責任が複数の速度制御システムの第1のものから速度制御システムの第2のものに移るときに、速度制御システムのうちの第2のものが、速度制御システムのうちの第1のものの目標速度値に対応する値にその目標速度値を設定するように作動可能である。
Claims (12)
- それぞれの目標速度にしたがって車両を動作させるように各々が作動可能な複数の速度制御システムを備えた車両制御システムであって、速度制御の責任が複数の速度制御システムのうちの第1のものから速度制御システムのうちの第2のものに移るときに、第2の速度制御システムの目標速度の値が第1の速度制御システムの目標速度に依存した値に設定される、車両制御システム。
- 速度制御システムのうちの第2のものが、速度制御システムのうちの第1のものから車速を制御する責任を引き受けるときに、速度制御システムのうちの第1のものの目標値の瞬間値に速度制御システムのうちの第2のものの目標速度を設定するように作動可能である請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 1つまたは2つ以上の速度制御システムは、1つまたは2つ以上のパラメータに依存して、その瞬間の目標速度未満であるそれぞれの一時的な最高速度値にしたがって車両が動作するように作動可能である請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両制御システム。
- 1つまたは2つ以上の速度制御システムは、一時的な最高速度値が目標速度よりも大きいか等しくなるまたは速度制御システムが一時的な最高速度値にしたがって車両をもはや動作させない場合には、その目標速度での動作を再開するように作動可能である車両制御システム。
- 車両が動作している地形のタイプに応じて、1つまたは2つ以上の速度制御システムの一時的な最高速度値を設定するように作動可能である請求項3または4のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御システム。
- 車両が動作している地形のタイプを示す1つまたは2つ以上の信号を受信するように作動可能であり、それにより前記システムが目標速度の最大許容値を設定することができる請求項5に記載の車両制御システム。
- 1つまたは2つ以上の速度制御システムに対する目標速度の前回値に関してデータを記憶し、1つまたは2つ以上の速度制御システムの1つが、選択が解除された後、再選択されて速度制御を担う場合、再選択されたシステムは、当該システムが最後に選択されたときに採用された目標速度の値で動作を再開するように作動可能である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の車両制御システム。
- 複数の速度制御システムのうち第1のものから速度制御システムのうちの第2のものへと速度制御の責任が第一のものが車両を第一の目標値に向かって加速している間に移ると、速度制御システムのうちの第2のものは第1の速度制御システムの加速度に相当する加速度で車両の加速を継続するように作動可能であるように構成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の車両制御システム。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の制御システムを備えた車両。
- 複数の速度制御システムのうちの1つにより車両の速度を制御すること、及び、
複数の速度制御システムのうち第1のものから速度制御システムのうちの第2のものに責任を移すこと、
を含む車両を制御する方法であって、
速度制御の責任が複数の速度制御システムの第1のものから第2のものに移るときに、速度制御システムのうちの第1のものの目標速度に依存した値に速度制御システムのうちの第2のものの目標速度値を設定することを含む方法。 - 速度制御システムのうちの第1のものの目標速度と実質的に等しい値に前記速度制御システムのうちの第2のものの目標速度値を設定することを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
