Description

Claims (12)
- エンジン制御バルブであって、内部ダクトの範囲を定める本体を有し、且つ、フラップ(10)を備え、
前記フラップ(10)は、当該フラップ(10)のピン(12)を介して旋回可能な態様で装着され、
前記フラップ(10)は、第1部分(11)を有し、ガスが前記ダクトを通り抜けることを可能にする開放位置と、前記フラップ(10)が当該バルブの前記本体に固定されたガスケット(1)に接触するようになる閉鎖位置と、の間で旋回可能になっていて、
前記ガスケット(1)は、前記フラップ(10)の外輪郭を外側から取り囲む外輪郭を有すると共に、開口(6)及び中実部分(3)を含み、
前記第1部分(11)は、前記フラップ(10)が閉鎖位置にある際に前記ガスケット(1)内の前記開口(6)を閉鎖し、
前記フラップ(10)は、前記バルブ(10)の前記第1部分(11)から隔離され、前記フラップ(10)が開放位置と閉鎖位置との間またはこれらの間を逆に旋回する際に、前記ガスケット(1)の前記中実部分(3)に接触し続けるように配置された膨出部(18)を含む、エンジン制御バルブ。 - 前記フラップ(10)は、当該フラップ(10)の前記ピン(12)によって前記第1部分(11)から隔離された第2部分(13)を有し、
前記第2部分は、前記フラップ(10)が閉鎖位置にある際に前記中実部分(3)と重なり合い、
前記膨出部(18)は、前記フラップ(10)の前記第2部分(13)と前記フラップ(10)の前記ピン(12)との間に配置されている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記膨出部(18)は、前記回転ピン(12)と平行な長手軸をもつ、請求項1または2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記膨出部(18)は、前記フラップ(10)の第2部分(13)に向かって突出し、
前記膨出部(18)は、前記第2部分(13)との間にスペースを形成している、請求項2または3に記載のバルブ。 - 前記膨出部(18)の前記長手軸は、前記回転ピン(12)と平行であり、
前記膨出部(18)の横断面は、直線部分(19)と曲線部分(20)とによって範囲を定められ、
前記曲線部分(20)の2つの端部が前記直線部分(19)の2つの端部に接続している、請求項3または4に記載のバルブ。 - 前記膨出部(18)は、半円筒の形状である、請求項5に記載のバルブ。
- 前記フラップ(10)は、横断面において、前記膨出部(18)の前記曲線部分(20)が前記ガスケット(1)の前記中実部分(3)に接触するように、前記バルブ内に配置され、
前記ピン(12)に対する前記フラップ(10)の回転により、前記中実部分(3)が前記曲線部分(20)に接触した状態を維持しつつ、前記ガスケット(1)の前記中実部分(3)に対する、前記膨出部(18)の相対運動を引き起こす、請求項5または6に記載のバルブ。 - 前記膨出部(18)は、前記回転ピン(12)に沿った寸法である前記フラップ(10)の幅の少なくとも半分を超えて延びる、請求項3乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記膨出部(18)に接触する、前記ガスケット(1)の前記中実部分(3)の領域は、前記ガスケット(1)内の前記開口(6)に隣り合う、前記中実部分(3)の領域である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記フラップ(10)の前記2つの部分(11、13)は、平坦で互いに繋がっており、
前記フラップ(10)の前記第1部分(11)が前記開口(6)を閉鎖するために前記ガスケット(1)の一方の面に接触すると共に、前記フラップ(10)の前記第2部分(13)が前記ガスケット(1)の前記中実部分(3)で当該ガスケット(1)の反対側の面に重なり合う、請求項2乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。 - 前記膨出部(18)は、前記フラップ(10)の前記回転ピンに沿って並べられた少なくとも2つの部分を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ガスケット(1)は、平坦である、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
