Description
Claims (10)
- 処理水流を生成するための方法であって、
水相中に混合された少なくとも1つの物質を含む供給流を受容するステップと、
最低の温度および圧力から最高の温度および圧力で作動するように配置された複数の段階で供給水流を処理して、前記処理水流および濃縮流を生成するステップと、を含み、
各段階が、容器、熱交換器、蒸発器、および凝縮器を備え、
各蒸発器は、直接熱または間接熱のうちの1つを用いてある量の水を蒸発させるように構成され、
各凝縮器は、連続的な段階で発生したスチームの少なくとも一部を凝縮するように構成される、方法。 - 前記複数の段階は、直列に配列され、前記供給水流を受容する第1の段階は、他の段階と比較して最低の温度および圧力で作動される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の段階は、並列に配置され、各段階が、同一の源から前記供給水流を受容するように構成され、かつ互いに熱を交換するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理をするステップは、
他の段階と比較して最低の温度および圧力で作動される第1の段階に前記供給水流を供給することであって、前記第1の段階の蒸発器は、前記第1の段階の凝縮器によって凝縮される水蒸気流を生成して、第1の処理水流を生成するように構成される、供給することと、
前記第1の段階の前記蒸発器からブライン濃縮物を抽出し、第2の段階の蒸発器にブライン濃縮供給流を供給することであって、前記第2の段階は、さらなる処理水流および前記複数の段階における連続的な段階の蒸発器に供給される連続ブライン濃縮流を生成するために前記第1の段階よりも高い温度および圧力を含み、各連続的な段階は、先行段階よりも高い温度および圧力を含み、各連続的な段階の蒸発器は、さらなる処理水流および前記複数の段階における連続的な段階の蒸発器に供給される連続ブライン濃縮流を生成するように構成されることと、
他の段階と比較して最高の温度および圧力を有する段階の蒸発器からの前記ブライン濃縮流から、ブラインを抽出することであって、前記抽出されたブラインは、前記複数の段階の前記蒸発器の各々に供給される前記ブライン濃縮流を加熱するエネルギーを提供するために使用されることと、をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 他の段階と比較して最高の温度および圧力を有する段階からの前記抽出されたブラインは、最高の温度および圧力から最低の温度および圧力まで前記複数の段階の前記蒸発器にエネルギーを提供するために使用される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 各蒸発器は、電気加熱、熱媒体流体からの対流加熱、燃焼、および酸化のうちの少なくとも1つによって提供された直接熱を使用するように構成された補償加熱システムを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記供給水流は、塩性帯水層、工業プロセスからの汽水流、または有機汚染物質を含む水の混合物のうちの1つから生成されたブライン水流である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記供給水流は、ガス生産田または原油生産田のうちの1つから生成されたブライン水流である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記供給水流は、原油および天然ガス処理施設で利用可能な生成された水流であり、液体、溶解炭化水素、または化学添加剤のうちの1つを含み、前記生成された水流は、圧力好気性または嫌気性流のうちの1つである、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記供給水流は、水相および別の非混和性または部分的に混和性の流体相を含み、前記非混和性または部分的に混和性の流体相は、1ppm〜10体積%の範囲の割合で、溶解されない気相、油相、または分散固体粒子のうちの1つを含み、前記処理水流を生成するための前記方法は、前記水と前記別の非混和性または部分的に混和性の流体相とを分離するためにさらに使用される、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
