Claims (10)
- − タービンハウジング(2)であって、
・排気ガス用のタービンハウジング入口(8)及びタービンハウジング出口(9)を有し、
・前記タービンハウジング入口(8)と前記タービンハウジング出口(9)との間にウェイストゲートダクト(19)を有するタービンハウジング(2)と、
− 前記ウェイストゲートダクト(19)を開閉するための旋回可能なフラッププレートを有するフラップ装置(10)とを備える排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
− 前記フラッププレートが弾性ばねディスク(11)の形態である、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記フラップ装置(10)が閉鎖状態にあるときに、前記ばねディスク(11)が前記タービンハウジング(2)と直接シール接触するように配置される請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記フラップ構成(10)が、前記タービンハウジング(2)に回転可能に取り付けられたフラップシャフト(13)を備え、レバー(12)を備え、
前記レバー(12)が、共に回転するように前記ばねディスク(11)を前記フラップシャフト(13)に接続する請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。 - 前記フラップシャフト(13)が前記レバー(12)と一体に製造されるか、又は前記フラップシャフト(13)が前記レバー(12)に溶接される請求項3に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記ばねディスク(11)が凹部を備え、前記レバー(12)が、前記凹部を通して突出するピン(16)によって前記ばねディスク(11)に接続される請求項3又は4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記ばねディスク(11)が前記レバー(12)に直接当接する請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記ばねディスク(11)の環状外側部分がシール面として形成される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記シール面がビード(18)の形態である請求項7に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記シール面が前記ウェイストゲートダクト(19)に向かって前方に曲げられる請求項7又は8に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記ばねディスク(11)がばね鋼から製造される請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
