Claims (6)
- バックライト光源、第一回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層、アレイ基板、カラーフィルター基板、及び、第二回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層を含み、
前記第一回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層は、前記バックライト光源の光出射面側の上側に位置し、
前記アレイ基板は、前記第一回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層の上側に位置し、
前記カラーフィルター基板は、前記アレイ基板の上側に位置し、
前記第二回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層は、前記アレイ基板とカラーフィルター基板の間に位置し、前記第一回転方向と前記第二回転方向とは相反することを特徴とする、液晶表示装置。 - 前記バックライト光源の下側には、さらに反射シートが設けられ、
前記反射シートの反射面は、前記第一回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第一回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層は、左巻きコレステリック液晶フィルム層であり、前記第二回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層は、右巻きコレステリック液晶フィルム層であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第一回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層は、右巻きコレステリック液晶フィルム層であり、前記第二回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層は、左巻きコレステリック液晶フィルム層であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記アレイ基板は、前記第一回転方向コレステリック液晶フィルム層に接近するように設けられている下基板、及び前記下基板の上表面に位置する画素電極層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記カラーフィルター基板は、上基板、及び前記上基板の下表面に順次作製されるカラーフィルター層及び共通電極層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示装置。
