前記排水槽が、前記内部乾燥チャンバ内の底面に設けられ、前記温度差によって前記金属周壁と前記金属上壁上に凝縮した水分による水を前記内部乾燥チャンバの外に排出するために用いられ、
前記空調装置が、前記温度差を有する外側チャンバ内に設置され、前記内部乾燥チャンバと前記温度差を有する外側チャンバ間の温度差の状態を維持するために用いられ、
前記複数の被乾燥物台車が、前記内部乾燥チャンバ内に設置され、被乾燥物に対して吹き付ける空気を加熱するための加熱部材を備えていることを特徴とする、室温乾燥システムを提供することにある。

Claims (11)
- 室温乾燥システムであって、内部乾燥チャンバと、温度差を有する外側チャンバと、排水槽と、空調装置と、複数の被乾燥物台車を含み、
前記内部乾燥チャンバが、金属材料で構成された金属上壁と金属周壁を備え、
前記温度差を有する外側チャンバが、前記内部乾燥チャンバの周囲外側に配置され、前記内部乾燥チャンバと前記温度差を有する外側チャンバの間の温度差を維持する断熱周壁を備え、
前記排水槽が、前記内部乾燥チャンバ内の底面に設けられ、前記温度差によって前記金属周壁と前記金属上壁上に凝縮した水分による水を前記内部乾燥チャンバの外に排出するために用いられ、
前記空調装置が、前記温度差を有する外側チャンバ内に設置され、前記内部乾燥チャンバと前記温度差を有する外側チャンバ間の温度差の状態を維持するために用いられ、
前記複数の被乾燥物台車が、前記内部乾燥チャンバ内に設置され、被乾燥物に対して吹き付けられる空気を加熱するための加熱部材を備えていることを特徴とする。 - 前記複数の各被乾燥物台車が、被乾燥物層と、温熱気流を発生する加熱部材層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記加熱部材層が、温熱気流を形成するエアフローファンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記内部乾燥チャンバの前記金属周壁と前記金属上壁が、波形処理、撥水処理、または毛細管表面処理されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記内部乾燥チャンバの前記金属周壁と前記金属上壁が、ステンレス製であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記金属上壁が円弧形または三角形の形状であり、前記金属上壁が三角形のとき、前記金属上壁と水平面間の俯角が5度〜85度の間であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記温度差が摂氏2度〜15度の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記内部乾燥チャンバ内に、前記複数の被被乾燥物台車を排水された、乾燥状態に保つためのエレベーション層が設置され、前記エレベーション層が排水を促進するために傾斜されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記内部乾燥チャンバ内に、乾燥室の温度を一定にするためのサーキュレータファンが設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記温度差を有する外側チャンバの周壁と、前記温度差を有する外側チャンバの屋根に断熱板が設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室温乾燥システム。
- 前記被乾燥物の加熱と乾燥時間が10〜48時間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室温乾燥システム。
