Claims (10)
- 特に燃焼室内へ燃料を噴射するための噴射弁(1)において、
少なくとも1つの噴射穴(3)を備えたハウジング(2)と、
該ハウジング(2)内で長手軸線(6)に沿って直線移動可能なアーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)と、
前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)に磁気作用する磁気コイル(26)と、
前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)に対して、および、前記ハウジング(2)に対して直線移動可能な、前記噴射穴(3)を開閉するための弁要素(7)と、
前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)に対する前記弁要素(7)の移動を制限するためのピン(19)と、
を含んでいる噴射弁。 - 前記ピン(19)が前記長手軸線(6)に対し垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記ピン(19)が、前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)と固定結合されているか、或いは、前記弁要素(7)と固定結合されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記弁要素(7)に対する前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)の移動を緩衝するために、燃料を充填可能な緩衝室(21)が前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)内に設けられていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)が筒形体(16)を含み、該筒形体内に、前記弁要素(7)が嵌合し、且つ前記緩衝室(21)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記弁要素(7)を閉弁方向に押す圧縮ばね(20)が前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)と前記弁要素(7)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記圧縮ばね(20)が前記筒形体(16)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5および6に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記筒形体(16)の底部(17)に少なくとも1つの排流穴(22)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記アーマチュアアッセンブリ(11)が中空ニードル(13)を含み、該中空ニードル(13)に磁気アーマチュア(15)と前記筒形体(16)とが取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記筒形体(16)に段部(24)が設けられ、該段部(24)と前記弁要素(7)との間に圧潰隙間(25)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5から9のいずれか一項に記載の噴射弁。
