Claims (21)
- 耐フレッティング錆止め溶液であって、
錆止め液;及び
その錆止め液に溶解された耐フレッティング添加剤
を含み、耐フレッティング添加剤は、金属間締り嵌めの中に低剪断速度対応層を生み出すためにスチールと界面活性である少なくとも一つの化合物を含む
耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。 - 錆止め液が炭化水素系流体である、請求項1に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物が、ホウ酸の低剪断速度対応層を生み出すためにスチールと界面活性である、請求項1に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 化合物が、ホウ酸エステル、ボロン酸エステル、及びボリン酸エステルの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項3に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物が、トリ−アルキルボレートを含み、該アルキル基はイソプロピル基及びn−プロピル基の一つである、請求項3に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物が、モリブデンジスルフィドの低剪断速度対応層を生み出すためにスチールと界面活性である、請求項1に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物がモリブデンジチオホスフェートを含む、請求項6に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 耐フレッティング添加剤の量が、少なくとも0.5パーセント及び50体積パーセント未満である、請求項1に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 耐フレッティング添加剤の量が約1パーセント〜約10体積パーセントである、請求項1に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 耐フレッティング添加剤の量が約5体積パーセントである、請求項1に記載の耐フレッティング錆止め溶液。
- 耐フレッティング特性を有する軸受アセンブリであって、その軸受アセンブリは、
締り嵌めで嵌め合い部品に固定されたリング;
少なくとも締り嵌めに提供された耐フレッティング錆止め溶液
を含み、耐フレッティング錆止め溶液は、錆止め液及びその錆止め液に溶解された耐フレッティング添加剤を含み、耐フレッティング添加剤は、低剪断速度対応層を生み出すためにスチールと界面活性である少なくとも一つの化合物を含む軸受アセンブリ。 - 錆止め液が炭化水素系流体である、請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物が、ホウ酸の低剪断速度対応層を生み出すためにスチールと界面活性である、請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物が、ホウ酸エステル、ボロン酸エステル、及びボリン酸エステルの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項13に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物が、トリ−アルキルボレートを含み、該アルキル基はイソプロピル基及びn−プロピル基の一つである、請求項13に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物が、モリブデンジスルフィドの低剪断速度対応層を生み出すためにスチールと界面活性である、請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも一つの化合物がモリブデンジチオホスフェートを含む、請求項16に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 耐フレッティング添加剤の量が、少なくとも0.5パーセント及び50体積パーセント未満である、請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 耐フレッティング添加剤の量が約1パーセント〜約10体積パーセントである、請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 耐フレッティング添加剤の量が約5体積パーセントである、請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- リングが、第一の締り嵌めである締り嵌めで嵌め合い部品のシャフトに固定された内輪であり、軸受アセンブリはさらに、第二の締り嵌めでハウジングの内径に固定された外輪を含み、耐フレッティング錆止め溶液はさらに第二の締り嵌めにも提供される、請求項11に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
