Claims (2)
- 入口開口部を有するセンサ室と、
静電容量を有する、請求項1に記載の湿度センサ素子であって、前記入口開口部と流体連通している前記センサ室内に配置される、湿度センサ素子と、
前記湿度センサ素子の第1及び第2の導電性リードと電気通信しており、これによって、前記湿度センサ素子が電源に接続されると、前記センサ素子の前記静電容量を測定する、操作回路と、を備える、湿度センサ。
