Abstract
Description
a.第1ステップで、親油性液体が親水性液体に混ぜ合わされ、その結果、液体の混合物が生じ、
b.第2ステップで、混合物の静圧が液体の少なくとも一方の蒸気圧以下にされ、その結果、例えばいわゆる強いキャビテーションによってキャビテーション気泡が生じ、
c.第3ステップで、キャビテーション気泡が爆縮され、その際に単相の相安定液体が生じる。

Claims (10)
- 単相の相安定液体を製造する方法であって、
a.親油性液体が親水性液体に混ぜ合わされ、液体の混合物が生じる第1ステップと、
b.前記混合物の静圧が前記液体の少なくとも一方の蒸気圧以下にされ、キャビテーション気泡が生じる第2ステップと、
c.前記キャビテーション気泡が爆縮され、単相の相安定液体が生じる第3ステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2ステップにおける前記静圧の降下は、ノズルからの前記混合物の噴出することによって生じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、前記第2ステップ前に、回転運動が加えられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物の前記回転運動は、
螺旋状に次第に細くなるパイプと、双曲線漏斗と、渦巻きポンプ(4)と、内部に渦生成形状を有するパイプ(10)と、タービンとを有する螺旋体(9)によって生成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記螺旋体(9)の次第に細くなる前記パイプは、流れ方向における前記螺旋体(9)の末端に向って再び拡大し、
前記螺旋体(9)の出口開口部は、入口開口部より小さいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 先細ノズルと、先細・発散ノズルとが関与することを特徴とする請求項2ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、渦巻きポンプ(4)を用いて回転運動が与えられ、前記螺旋体(9)においてさらに加速され、前記内部に渦生成形状を有するパイプ(10)内に導かれることを特徴とする請求項4ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記渦生成形状は、少なくとも部分的に螺旋形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項4ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記螺旋体(9)の前記パイプの最小直径は、最大で、前記入口の直径の30%の直径であることを特徴とする請求項4ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体は、前記ノズルの出口周囲を取り囲み、前記ノズルの前記出口は、気体雰囲気内に配置されないことを特徴とする請求項4ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
