Claims (10)
- アルカリ溶解性樹脂外部段階および1または複数の内部段階を有するカルボキシル基含有多段階アクリル系コポリマーと、150℃から500℃の沸点および3.5%以下の水への溶解度を有する1または複数の造核剤と、1または複数のコロイド安定剤と、を含む水再分散性ポリマー粉末組成物であって、
水中に分散した場合に、前記1または複数の内部段階が、−40から50℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有するアクリル系(コ)ポリマーを含む、水再分散性ポリマー粉末組成物。 - 前記1または複数の造核剤は、水への溶解度が1.0%以下である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記コロイド安定剤の総量は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて0.1から30wt%の範囲であり、前記多段階アクリル系コポリマー中の前記造核剤の総量は、ポリマー全固形分に基づいて0.1から4.0wt%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記1または複数のコロイド安定剤は、ポリビニルアルコール(PVOH)を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 固化防止剤の総量が前記水再分散性ポリマー組成物の総重量に基づいて3.0から30wt%の範囲になるような1または複数の前記固化防止剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記1または複数の造核剤は、C3からC10のアルキルグリコールエーテル;フェニルグリコールエーテル;C3からC10のアルキルジグリコールエーテル;C3からC10のアルキルアリールグリコールエーテル;C3からC10のアルキルアリールジグリコールエーテル;C3からC9のアルカン酸のC3からC10のアルキルエステル;C3からC9のアルカン二酸のC3からC10のアルキルエステル;C3からC9のアルカン酸のC3からC10のアルキルジエステル;C3からC9のアルカン二酸のC3からC10のジアルキルエステル;およびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記造核剤は、イソ酪酸アルキルおよび分岐イソ酪酸アルキルから選択される、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記カルボキシル基含有多段階アクリル系コポリマーは、共重合した形態において、コポリマーを作るために使われるモノマーの総重量に基づいて0.1から20wt%の1または複数のカルボキシル基含有モノマーを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末と、普通ポルトランドセメントと、アルミナ含有量が30wt%から85wt%である高アルミナセメントと、硫酸カルシウムと、を含む、乾燥混合セメントタイル接着剤組成物。
- 前記カルボキシル基含有アクリル系水再分散性ポリマーの平均粒径は、100から400nmである、請求項9に記載の乾燥混合組成物。
