Claims (26)
- 燃料電池電極部品と、当該燃料電池電極部品に接着された反応ガス流路部品インクとを含むことを特徴とする燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 燃料電池電極部品がガス拡散層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 反応性ガス流路部品が流動場を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 流動場がガス拡散層に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 燃料電池電極部品と反応ガス流路部品とが、たとえば導電性の接着剤などの接着剤を用いて結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池アセンブリを含むことを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 燃料電池電極部品と反応ガス流路部品とを結合するステップを含むことを特徴とする燃料電池アセンブリの組み立て方法。
- 結合剤は、スクリーン印刷されるか、スプレーされるか、浸されるかのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの部品が被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池アセンブリ。
- 被覆はスクリーン印刷によることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の燃料電池アセンブリ。
- インクが導電性カーボンインクを含むことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の燃料電池アセンブリ。
- それぞれが少なくとも流路と流路接続形成部のうちの少なくとも1つを有する第1の層と第2の層を含み、前記流路と前記流路接続形成部は、接続されることによって前記第1の層と前記第2の層を横切る流路を提供することを特徴とする燃料電池用の流動場部品。
- 第1の層は流路を含み、第2の層は流路接続構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の流動場部品。
- 流路を含む第3の層をさらに含み、
第2の層は、第1の層と第3の層との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流動場部品。 - 流路が流れ流入口と流れ流出口との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の流動場部品。
- 少なくとも第1の流路の一部および第2の流路の一部、独立した流路を形成する各流路の一部を含むことを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の流動場部品。
- 流路が接続部にて互いを向いて湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載の流動場部品。
- 流路接続構造が開口部または流路を含むことを特徴とする請求項12〜17のいずれか1項に記載の流動場部品。
- 請求項12〜18のいずれか1項に記載の流動場部品を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 外構造層の間に芯材料の層を含むことを特徴とする配水部品。
- 外構造層がプリプレグ層であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の配水部品。
- 外構造層が芯材層に対する水流路を含むことを特徴とする請求項20または21に記載の配水部品。
- 配水部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項20〜22のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池。
- ラミネート伸長部と連結するよう構成された第1の接続部と、供給部と連結するよう構成された第2の接続部とを含み、燃料電池ラミネート層と燃料電池反応物供給部とを連結するための燃料電池コネクタ。
- 整列可能な溝と、前記溝内にて受けることができ前記溝に対して回転可能な鍵を有する第1の燃料電池ラミネート層および第2の燃料電池ラミネート層を含み、前記溝と前記鍵とは、第1の燃料電池ラミネート層と第2の燃料電池ラミネート層とを互いに締結可能であることを特徴とする燃料電池ラミネート固定システム。
- 実質的に本願明細書の図を参照して説明された方法またはアセンブリ。
