Claims (8)
- 活性蓄積材料(6)を含んでなる金属−空気 電気エネルギー蓄積セル(4)の蓄積構造であって、該活性蓄積材料(6)が、0.1μm以上のd5値、0.3μmと1.5μmとの間にあるd50値、及び10μmよりも小さいd95値を示す粒子サイズ分布(19,20)を有することを特徴する蓄積構造。
- 粒子サイズ分布が0.2μmのd5値を有し、d50値が0.3μmと1.5μmとの間にあり、更に粒子サイズ分布のd95値が5μmよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄積構造。
- 前記活性蓄積材料(6)内に不活性材料(10)が分散された形で存在し、10μmの、特に3μmよりも小さい、最大粗粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の蓄積構造。
- 前記蓄積構造が15%と30%との間の開放気孔率を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄積構造。
- 前記不活性材料及び空洞を含めた前記蓄積材料の全体積における前記不活性材料(10)の体積割合が5%と15%との間にあるが、特に50%以下に留まることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄積構造。
- 前記活性蓄積材料(6)の粗粒子(14)が非球面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄積構造。
- 前記活性蓄積材料(6)が蓄積体の製造過程において酸化鉄の形で存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄積構造。
- 前記活性蓄積材料(6)が鉄と酸化鉄とを含んでなる酸化還元対の形で存在することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の蓄積構造。
