Claims (20)
- 血管内補綴具であって、
グラフト材料の管状体であって、前記管状体がこれを通過する管腔を画定する管状体と、
前記管状体に連結された複数のステントと、
少なくとも1つの周方向制約縫合糸と、
前記管状体の長軸に沿って伸展するトリガワイヤと、を備え、
直径が減少した構成では、前記周方向制約縫合糸の第1末端が前記複数のステントのうちの1つに取り付けられ、前記周方向制約縫合糸が前記管状体の完全な円周の周りに周方向に伸展し、前記第1末端と反対に配置された前記周方向制約縫合糸のループが前記トリガワイヤに連結され、かつ
展開した構成では、前記ステントが径方向に拡大し、前記周方向制約縫合糸が前記管状体の円周の周りで部分的にのみ伸展するように、前記トリガワイヤが前記ループから離脱される、血管内補綴具。 - 前記周方向制約縫合糸が、前記周方向制約縫合糸の第1末端が互いに隣接して配置される第1糸の第1末端および第2末端を備えるように、前記ループを形成するよう組まれた前記第1糸を備える、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴具。
- 前記周方向制約縫合糸の第1末端が、前記第1糸の第1末端および第2末端をループを形成するように互いに結びつけて巻き、前記ステントのストラットの周りに前記ループの一部を巻き、前記ストラットの周りに巻かれた前記ループの部分を通して前記ループの残りの部分を伸展させることにより、前記複数のステントのうちの1つに取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の血管内補綴具。
- 前記直径が減少した構成の前記血管内補綴具の前記周方向制約縫合糸のところで減少した直径が、前記展開した構成の前記血管内補綴具の前記周方向制約縫合糸のところで拡大した直径の40〜70%である、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴具。
- 前記複数のステントが前記グラフト材料の外側表面に連結され、前記周方向制約縫合糸が前記外側表面と前記ステントとの間の前記グラフト材料の外側表面の周りに伸展する、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴具。
- 前記血管内補綴具が5つの周方向制約縫合糸を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴具。
- 血管内補綴具であって、
グラフト材料の管状体であって、前記管状体がこれを通過する管腔を画定する管状体と、
前記管状体に連結された複数のステントと、
少なくとも1つの周方向制約縫合糸と、を備え、前記周方向制約縫合糸が、
前記複数のステントのうちの1つに第1末端で連結され、前記第1末端と反対に配置された第1糸ループを有する第1糸であって、前記血管内補綴具が径方向に拡大した構成であるとき、前記管状体の円周の周りに部分的にのみ伸展する、第1糸と、
前記第1糸ループと組み合った第2糸ループを有する第2糸であって、前記管状体の円周の残りの部分の周りで前記第1糸ループから伸展する、第2糸と、を備え、
前記第2糸を引くことにより前記第1糸が前記管状体を周方向に制約し、これにより、前記管状体が直径が減少した構成に狭窄するように、前記周方向制約縫合糸が構成される、血管内補綴具。 - 前記第1糸の第1末端および第2末端が互いに隣接して配置されるように、前記第1糸が前記第1糸ループを形成するよう組まれる、請求項7に記載の血管内補綴具。
- 前記第1糸が、前記第1糸の第1末端および第2末端を前記第1糸ループを形成するように互いに結びつけ、前記ステントのストラットの周りに前記第1糸ループの一部を巻き、前記ストラットの周りに巻かれた前記第1糸ループの部分を通して前記第1糸ループの残りの部分を伸展させることにより、前記ステントに連結される、請求項8に記載の血管内補綴具。
- 前記第1糸の第1末端と、前記第1糸ループが前記第2糸ループと組み合う前記第1糸ループとの間の距離が、前記径方向に拡大した構成の前記管状体の円周の30%〜60%である、請求項7に記載の血管内補綴具。
