R1、R2及びR3基は、互いに独立に、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する直鎖又は分岐鎖の1価炭化水素基を表し、これは、1個又は数個のヘテロ原子を表してもよく、又は1個又は数個のC−C多重結合及び/又は脂環式及び/又は芳香族成分を表してもよく、

前記ガラスパネルの表面が、その表面の4分の1超で、特にその表面の大部分で、前記組立要素の前記被支持部又は複数の組立要素の前記被支持部により覆われている、態様1又は2に記載の構造ガラス要素。
《態様4》
前記組立要素又は少なくとも1つの組立要素が、前記被支持部からまっすぐ投影している取付け角度を有する、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
《態様5》
前記コーティングが、1〜7mmの範囲、特に2〜5mmの範囲の厚さを有する、態様1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
《態様6》
前記構造ガラス要素が可視領域で不透明となり、前記組立要素が隠れるように、前記コーティングが深く着色されている、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
《態様7》
前記コーティングの出発物質が、縮合架橋された2成分シリコーン組成物である、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
《態様8》
前記2成分シリコーン組成物が
− 少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基末端ポリジオルガノシロキサンP
を含む成分A、並びに
− ポリジオルガノシロキサン用の少なくとも1つの架橋剤、及び
− ポリジオルガノシロキサンの架橋用の少なくとも1つの触媒、
を含む成分B
から構成されている、態様7に記載の構造ガラス要素。
《態様9》
前記2成分シリコーン組成物が、少なくとも1つのカラーペースト又は1つのカラー顔料をさらに含む、態様7又は8に記載の構造ガラス要素。
《態様10》
液体状態又はペースト状態の前記コーティングの出発物質を、前記ガラスパネル上に注いで又は噴霧して、そして流動させて、又はドクターブレードを用いて前記ガラスパネル上に塗り、若しくは前記ガラスパネル上に圧延することによって、水平面を形成する、態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素を製造するための方法。
《態様11》
前記出発物質を圧延している時、プラスチックフィルムを、前記出発物質の表面と前記コーティングローラーの表面との間に挿入し、このフィルムを、適用後でかつ前記コーティングの硬化前に再び取り外す、態様10に記載の方法。
《態様12》
液体又はペースト状の前記出発物質を、少なくとも調整することができ、特に前記ガラスパネルに適用の前に予備反応時間を調整することによって少なくとも調整することができる、態様10又は11に記載の方法。
Claims (12)
- プラスチックコーティングしたガラスパネルと、その上に付着された少なくとも1つの組立要素とを有する構造ガラス要素であって、
前記ガラスパネルは、その表面全体がコーティングされており、特にその表面全体がシリコーン系エラストマーでコーティングされており、前記コーティングが、前記ガラスパネル上に支持された前記組立要素の一部と、接着接合を同時に形成している、構造ガラス要素。 - 1つの組立要素又は各組立要素の前記被支持部が、有孔金属シートによって形成されており、前記ガラスパネルの前記コーティングが、その孔に少なくとも部分的に浸入している、請求項1に記載の構造ガラス要素。
- 前記ガラスパネルの表面が、その表面の4分の1超で、特にその表面の大部分で、前記組立要素の前記被支持部又は複数の組立要素の前記被支持部により覆われている、請求項1又は2に記載の構造ガラス要素。
- 前記組立要素又は少なくとも1つの組立要素が、前記被支持部からまっすぐ投影している取付け角度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
- 前記コーティングが、1〜7mmの範囲、特に2〜5mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
- 前記構造ガラス要素が可視領域で不透明となり、前記組立要素が隠れるように、前記コーティングが深く着色されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
- 前記コーティングの出発物質が、縮合架橋された2成分シリコーン組成物である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素。
- 前記2成分シリコーン組成物が
− 少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基末端ポリジオルガノシロキサンP
を含む成分A、並びに
− ポリジオルガノシロキサン用の少なくとも1つの架橋剤、及び
− ポリジオルガノシロキサンの架橋用の少なくとも1つの触媒、
を含む成分B
から構成されている、請求項7に記載の構造ガラス要素。 - 前記2成分シリコーン組成物が、少なくとも1つのカラーペースト又は1つのカラー顔料をさらに含む、請求項7又は8に記載の構造ガラス要素。
- 液体状態又はペースト状態の前記コーティングの出発物質を、前記ガラスパネル上に注いで又は噴霧して、そして流動させて、又はドクターブレードを用いて前記ガラスパネル上に塗り、若しくは前記ガラスパネル上に圧延することによって、水平面を形成する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の構造ガラス要素を製造するための方法。
- 前記出発物質を圧延している時、プラスチックフィルムを、前記出発物質の表面と前記コーティングローラーの表面との間に挿入し、このフィルムを、適用後でかつ前記コーティングの硬化前に再び取り外す、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 液体又はペースト状の前記出発物質を、少なくとも調整することができ、特に前記ガラスパネルに適用の前に予備反応時間を調整することによって少なくとも調整することができる、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
