Claims (15)
- フレーム(4)と、移動可能なキャリッジ(6)と、キャリッジ(6)又はフレーム(4)に固定された研削工具ユニット(8)と、フレーム(4)とキャリッジ(6)の間に形成されたリニアガイド(10)とを有し、リニアガイドによって、キャリッジが、リニアガイド(10)のガイド方向(F)に移動可能である研削盤(2)であって、リニアガイド(10)が、法線力を吸収するための少なくとも1つの滑りガイド(12)と、横方向力を吸収するための少なくとも1つの別のガイド(14)とを備え、滑りガイド(12)が、それぞれ、互いに向き合う2つの平坦なガイド面(16,17)を有し、滑りガイド(12)のガイド面の少なくとも一方(16)が、それぞれ隣接する残りのガイド面(20)よりも低い摩擦係数を有する少なくとも1つの一体化された面要素(18)を備えること、を特徴とする研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)のガイド面の少なくとも一方(16)が、それぞれ隣接する残りのガイド面(20)よりも低い摩擦係数を有する分配配置され一体化された複数の面要素(18)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の研削盤。
- 低い摩擦係数を有する面要素(18)がポリハロゲンオレフィンから成り、それぞれ隣接する残りのガイド面(20)が合成樹脂から成るか、相応の成分を実質的に備えること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の研削盤。
- 低い摩擦係数を有する面要素(18)の材料が、それぞれ隣接する残りのガイド面(20)の材料よりも低い強度及び/又は剛性を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)の平坦なガイド面の少なくとも一方(16)が、少なくとも1つの給油溝(22)によって中断されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)のガイド面の一方(16)がキャリッジ(6)に及び/又はそれぞれ他方のガイド面(17)がフレーム(4)に又はその逆に付設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)が、それぞれ1つのガイドトラック部分(26)を有し、このガイドトラック部分に、それぞれの滑りガイド(12)に付属するガイド面の一方(16)が付設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)が、互いに向き合う2つのガイドトラック部分を有するそれぞれ1つのガイドトラック部分対を有し、ガイドトラック部分の一方(26)にそれぞれの滑りガイド(12)に付属するガイド面の一方(16)が付設され、他方のガイドトラック部分(32)にそれぞれの滑りガイド(12)に付属するガイド面の他方(17)が付設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)の少なくとも一方のガイドトラック部分(26)が、揺動可能に支承されてフレーム(4)又はキャリッジ(6)に固定されていること、を特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)の少なくとも一方のガイドトラック部分(26)が、弾性的にフレーム(4)又はキャリッジ(6)に固定されていること、を特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- 滑りガイド(12)の複数が、法線力を吸収するために同列に相前後して及び/又は互いに平行に配置及び/又は形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- 相前後して同列に配置された複数の滑りガイド(12)のガイド面のそれぞれ一方(16)が、一貫した共通のガイド面(16)として形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項11に記載の研削盤。
- ガイド面(16,17)が、モールド成形により形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
- ガイド面(16,17)が、異なったプラスチック及び/又はプラスチック材料から製造され、共にモールド成形されていること、を特徴とする請求項13に記載の研削盤。
- 異なったプラスチックから成るガイド面(16,17)が、潤滑用の通路(22)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の研削盤。
