Abstract
【解決手段】 移動体4に、基台2の案内面3aに向かって開口する多孔質体収納空間12が設けられている。多孔質体収納空間12に、外部潤滑油供給手段と接続された潤滑油供給通路11が連通されている。多孔質体収納空間12に、多孔質体13が基台2の案内面3aと間に隙間Gを有するように配置されている。

Claims (2)
- 移動体が基台の案内面に対して摺動可能とされている工作機械に設けられて、前記移動体をすべり案内するすべり案内装置であって、
前記基台の前記案内面に向かって開口する多孔質体収納空間が前記移動体に設けられ、前記多孔質体収納空間に、外部潤滑油供給手段と接続された潤滑油供給通路が連通されるとともに、前記多孔質体が前記基台の前記案内面と間に隙間を有するように配置されていることを特徴とする工作機械のすべり案内装置。 - 前記多孔質体は、少なくとも2種類以上の異なる発泡倍率を有する発泡体が発泡倍率の大きさ順に積層されたものであり、前記多孔質の積層体は、発泡倍率の小となる面が前記基台の前記案内面と対向するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械のすべり案内装置。
