Claims (19)
- 前照灯、とりわけ自動車前照灯用のランプユニット(1)であって、複数の光源(2)と、複数の光案内部(30)を備える光案内ユニット(3)と、後置接続された投影レンズ(4)とを含み、前記各光案内部(30)はそれぞれ1つの光出力結合面(30a)を有し、前記各光源(2)はそれら割り当てられた光案内部(30)に光を正確に入力結合し、隣接する光案内部(30)は分離壁(31,32)によって互いに分離されているランプユニットにおいて、
前記光案内ユニット(3)と前記投影レンズ(4)との間には少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)が配置されており、該絞りエレメント(5)は、絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)によって互いに分離された絞り開口部(50)を有し、前記絞りエレメント(5)は、それぞれ1つの絞り開口部(50)が光出力結合面(30a)に前置されるように配置されており、前記絞り開口部(50)の形状と大きさは、当該絞り開口部にそれぞれ割り当てられた光出力結合面(30a)に実質的に対応し、少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)の前記光案内ユニット(3)とは反対側の表面(5a)において前記絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)の少なくとも一部分が、前記光案内ユニット(3)のそれぞれの前記絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)に割り当てられた分離壁(31,32)よりも小さな壁厚(b)を有する、ことを特徴とするランプユニット。 - ちょうど1つの絞りエレメント(5)が設けられており、該絞りエレメントは、前記光出力結合面(30a)の数に対応する数の絞り開口部(50)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光案内部(30)は、上下に配置された少なくとも2つの列に配置されており、好ましくは前記光案内部(30)は、上下に配置されたちょうど3つの列に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光案内部(30)の各列に対して、または前記列の少なくとも1つに対して、少なくとも1つの固有の絞りエレメントが設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)は、実質的に前記投影レンズ(4)の焦点面内に存在する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)は、前記光案内ユニット(3)に直接続いて、好ましくは前記光出力結合面(30a)により形成されるその表面の領域において前記光案内ユニット(3)に接触して配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)の壁厚(b)は、前記少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)の厚さ(d)全体に亘って一定である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)の壁厚(b)は、前記少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)の厚さ(d)に亘り光出射方向で減少する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光案内ユニット(3)に向いた側の表面(5b)における前記絞り開口部−分離壁の壁厚は、前記光案内部(30)の間の割り当てられた分離壁(31,32)の壁厚(a)にそれぞれ相当する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光案内部(30)は、実質的に垂直の2つの壁(31)と実質的に水平の2つの壁(32)によって画定され、好ましくは前記壁(31,32)により画定される光案内部(30)の光出力結合面(30a)は矩形または正方形を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 少なくとも前記光案内部(30)の間の垂直および/または水平の分離壁(31,32)に割り当てられた絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)は、前記光案内ユニット(3)とは反対側の表面(5a)において、前記光案内ユニット(3)の割り当てられた分離壁(31)よりも小さい壁厚(b)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光案内部(30)の間の分離壁(31,32)に割り当てられた全ての絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)は、前記光案内ユニット(3)とは反対側の表面(5a)において、前記光案内ユニット(3)の割り当てられた分離壁(31,32)よりも小さな壁厚(b)を有する、請求項10に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)は、金属、例えば薄板もしくは金属シート、またはプラスチック、好ましくは耐熱性プラスチックから形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記絞り開口部−分離壁(51,52)は、光反射性、とりわけ高反射性に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記絞り開口部(50)は絞りエレメント材料において、打ち抜きにより、とりわけファインブランキングにより、またはレーザ切断により作製されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記光源(2)はLED光源であり、各LED光源(2)は少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記LED光源(2)は別個に制御可能であり、スイッチオンないしオフ可能および/または減光可能であり、好ましくはLED光源の各発光ダイオードは別個に制御可能であり、スイッチオンないしオフ可能および/または減光可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のランプユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの絞りエレメント(5)は扁平な構成部材として構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から17いずれか一項に記載のランプユニット。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載のランプユニットを少なくとも1つ備える車両前照灯。
