Claims (10)
- スリーブ状部分(2)を含む複合繊維成分(14)の上又は中における形状嵌め、材料係合及び/又は圧力嵌めの配置のための固定要素(1)であって、前記スリーブ状部分(2)の第1の端部(3)において、鋭いテーパ状になった円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)が形成され、この円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)において、前記固定要素(1)の長手範囲の方向に向けられ且つそれによって前記円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)を個別のセグメント(6)に分割する複数の溝穴(5)が形成され、前記スリーブ状部分(2)の第2の端部(8)において、前記スリーブ状部分(2)から離れて直角に曲げられ且つそれによって前記スリーブ状部分(2)の外径(A)を大きくして平坦な橋脚面(10,11)を形成する保持部分(9)が配置されることを特徴とする、固定要素(1)。
- 前記スリーブ状部分(2)と前記円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)との間の遷移領域(7)に材料弱体化部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定要素(1)。
- 前記材料弱体化部は、穿孔及び/又は断面の低減として構築されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の固定要素(2)。
- 前記スリーブ状部分(2)の上又は中に雌ねじ(13)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の固定要素(1)。
- 前記スリーブ状部分(2)の領域の外側に表面構造(12)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の固定要素(1)。
- 前記表面構造(12)は、粒状及び/又は波形に構築されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の固定要素(2)。
- 前記固定要素(1)は、前記複合繊維成分(14)の熱可塑性マトリクスの融解温度よりも高い既定の温度に加熱されて、加熱状態において、前記固定要素(1)の保持部分(9)の第2の橋脚面(11)が前記複合繊維成分(14)の第1の側部(16)と平坦に当接して、前記固定要素(1)の円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)がその第2の側部(17)において前記複合繊維成分(14)を超えて突出するように、複合繊維成分(14)を通して押し込まれ又は押し付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の固定要素(1)を組み立てる方法。
- 加熱された固定要素(1)が前記複合繊維成分(14)を通して押し付けられている間、前記複合繊維成分(14)の繊維(15)は、破壊されないように、前記固定要素(1)の前記スリーブ状部分(2)の周囲に配置され、それにより新しい繊維配向が形成されるように、前記固定要素(1)の前記円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)によって押し込まれることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ状部分(2)の中にねじ(19)が導入され、前記ねじ(19)のシャフト(20)が前記円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)の個別のセグメント(6)を押し広げ、固定される構造要素18がその後に配置されて、ナット(22)が前記ねじ(19)の前記シャフト(20)にねじ込まれると、前記個別のセグメント(6)は、前記スリーブ状部分(2)から離れて直角に曲げられることで前記スリーブ状部分(2)の外径(A)を大きくして平坦な橋脚面(23,24)を形成する程度に変形されることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)の前記個別のセグメント(6)はマンドレルによって折り曲げられ、前記固定要素(1)の前記スリーブ状部分(2)の上又は中に雌ねじ(13)が形成され、前記雌ねじ(13)の中に、従来型のねじ(19)がねじ込まれ、前記ねじ(19)のねじ頭(21)が前記円錐の又は円錐状の部分(4)の前記個別のセグメント(6)によって形成される第1の橋脚面(23)に対して平坦に固定される構造要素(18)を押し付けることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
